If you have the misfortune to select this Hotel/Spa, be sure to stay several nights as it is a complicated property to familiarize yourself with and has many things going on that are not made clear on check-in or at any time you're searching for answers. Our 2-rooms were in a horrible location, a long way from anything or anyone. For that reason alone, I would NOT stay here again. Even after my request for room change, we received the "we're fully booked" and that didn't please me right from the start. You needed Google GPS or Apple find me to find where anything was. Upon check-in, unknowingly, no robes in the room, expecting them to be in the spa,...they weren't,.. and we were the only ones wrapped in towells when everyone else had their nice plush robes on. Room A/C was NOT working quite well, less than poor location with parking lot/road view, no robes and ridiculous rate. Money (any denomination) to value received was no better then a "3". Skip this place, drive down the road to Vienna, stop and see the Lipizzanners along the way, stay at the Marriott Imperial RIding School Hotel, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel,...you'll save money and have a much better experience with a world better value.

Very nice spa hotel with both indoor and outdoor pool area. Great breakfast.

Der Checkin hat’s sehr lange gedauert und wir mussten nach 100 km auf dem Fahrrad ziemlich lange warten bis wir unsere Zimmer Karten bekommen haben. Der Spabereich mit Außenpool ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Essen im Hotel ebenfalls gut wenn auch kostspielig. Für Elektrofahrräder gibt es in der Garage ausreichend viele Steckdosen zum Aufladen. Ein großes minus ist der Preis wir haben für ein Familienzimmer fast 400 € für eine Nacht bezahlt. Über manche Seiten gab es Specials um Euro 250. Daher aufpassen beim buchen, damit man nicht extragebühren berechnet bekommt. Beim auschecken musste ich lediglich eine bescheidene Ort Taxe bezahlen sonst empfehlenswert

Sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück. Super Pool am Dach mit dem Blick auf die Weinberge. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge perfekt. Mit etwas Glück findet man auch einen kostenfreien Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.

Kanske kom vi under en dålig tid, men hela hotellet var en bastu, ingen ac fungerade och personen så klart påverkad av temperaturen för de flesta var irriterade och korta i tonen, till det priset så förväntar jag mig mer på alla plan. Undermåligt i de flesta avseenden.

Great place, Great staff, Tough location if you are riding your bike there, like we were, on top of a steep hill.

Es war ein entspannter erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Nettes Personal jederzeit wieder.

Das Whirlpool befindet sich im Außenbereich und ist über eine horizontale dreistufige Leiter zu erreichen. Es ist überdacht.Das Wasser ist sehr warm. Von einigen Plätzen aus kann man nach Krems sehen, auf jeden Fall sieht man die Weinterrassen.

War alles in Ordnung, ich werde wieder kommen. Die Teppiche am Gang waren nicht so sauber, sonst keine Beschwerde.

Traumhafte Lage in den Weinbergen, toller Außenpool mit Ausblick und sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Ein perfekter Zwischenstopp für unsere Familie zum Entspannen.

We had a nice two night stay in the hotel. The room was big enough for our stay with comfortable bed. We loved the outdoor pool and the roof bar. We could rent bikes for a day to explore the area and cycle along Danube river. The breakfast was amazing with great selection. Reception staff was very helpful. The only negative is that the outside parking doesn’t have enough spaces for such big hotel, there is a big underground carpark for €16 a day which we thought it’s quite a lot and we thought should be free for hotel customers. Otherwise the hotel is great and was perfect for what we needed.
