Chambre avec balcon superbe vue sur l'océan. Petit déjeuner très bien, bon jus d'orange, bon café et des produits frais. Dîner, peu de choix, mais suffisant. Personnel accueillant, hôtel un peu vieillot mais calme et propre.

Hôtel très bruillant de part son absence d'isolation vis-à-vis des nuisances sonores extérieures (boulevard Mohamed V) et des animations sous les fenêtres des chambres, côté Piscines, jusqu'à minuit et plus, tous les soirs. Face à une population irrespectueuse et très brillante dans les couloirs et dans les chambres la réception et la sécurité sont impuissants. En matière de restauration, Hormis le petit-déjeuner correcte, seul un snack-bar côté piscine pour le déjeuner avec une carte style "MacDo". L'unique restaurant, où est servi le petit-déjeuner, propose un buffet à volonté pour le dîner (300Dhs)

Les chambres de l’hôtel sont vraiment sales. Des petits cafards cafards dans la salle de bain, les rideaux et parois de douches non jamais été laver on préfère ne même pas savoir d’où viennent certaines traces. Seulement 2 ascenseurs pour tout l’hôtel donc il faut parfois attendre 5/10 min avant de pouvoir monter ou descendre. Il y’a 1 seule prise dans toute la chambre. Le personnel rentre dans les chambres directement lorsque vous dormez encore car il n’y aucun flyer ne pas déranger que l’on peut poser. Je ne recommande pas du tout il faudrais vraiment un gros coup de nettoyage et de ravalement des chambres avant d’y remettre les pieds.

People are genuinely nice

Stayed for 4 nights. Smooth check in as had prepaid on booking. Reception area etc very smart and clean. I can only speak for my room…. The room was very “tired”. In desperate need of refurbishment. No shower curtain, heavily stained toilet and sink, painted woodwork chipped and worn. Couldn’t completely close windows so lots of traffic noise through the night. The room itself was clean but just in need of update. For a short stay it was acceptable but if I’d been staying any longer would have probably moved. On my last visit I stayed in a lower starred, cheaper hotel which in my opinion was better

Generally really good value for money, lovely room, fantastic and cheap for what you get buffet,(lunch and dinner). Only issue was reception could be quite slow, and also despite arriving about hour and a half after the earliest check in room was still not ready for half an hour.

Unpleasant rooms , staff not friendly, less food choices,

Very good evening meal + restaurant staff. Room cleaned perfectly - the cleaners would even do the clean later on if you were occupying the room. Great security staff. Brilliant value for half board. Lifts an absolute nighmare + the only big negative was too many Brits ;-)

Hotel vieillissant, trop de détails qui prouve un manque d entretien . Les buffets sont corrects . Seuls les frais de taxe de séjour qui augmente le jour du depart a 5h30 , bizarre comme pratique

Slightly worn hotel, but friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, and location is good near the beach.

Lovely place, 3 pools, large clean room, nice breakfast and dinner service.

Loved every minute spent there. Ibrahim the reception manager was very welcoming and approachable. Highly recommend it!!!

Hotel lamer - lokatie - zwembad en zonneweude zijn prima . Ontbijt en avondeten is matig en fitness ruimte mogen ze schrappen in de hotel beschrijving . Vieze oude ruimte met 3 kapotte toestellen . De drukke weg aan de zijkant geeft wel geluidsoverlast

The property is a beautiful place to stay but the room i stayed was outdated and the tv chanels are in arabic except 1 chanel in french. The swimming pool and jacuzzi waters are very cold. I attempted to swim but the water was so cold making not enjoyable swimming.

The staff was great. The hotel not so much. Tired looking rooms of need of a refurbishment, however the beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok but chaotic. The dining room opened at 6am but on our leaving day we were hoping for breakfast at 6.45 and I couldn't even get a glass of water!!! The last evening of our stay we wanted to get a drink free m the bar but was told it was not possible as the whole of the restaurant, bar and outside facilities were closed due to a wedding taking place. We went to bed. Not a hotel that u will be returning to.... ever!
