離車站很近，缺點：櫃臺很不友善、家有長輩，因為沒電梯，訂房時特別請求低樓層，旅館也回信了，沒想到給我們最頂樓，還騙說是二樓！ 另外，房內除了床和一個很舊的衣櫥外，什麼都沒有，桌子、椅子、水都沒有，熱水還忽冷忽熱，ㄧ早7:15開始每小時都有鐘樓的鐘聲，外面巷道的雜音清楚傳進房內，根本不能住人！

有兩個住宿點，但就在對面而已，位置很好，火車站走路2分鐘，附近很多間餐館都很棒，出來就看的到大運河，很漂亮，缺點是浴室有點小，如果身形稍大可能上廁所或洗澡都很困難

Experience is not good, need to take luggage up the stairs, air conditioner is not working well, room is small and old, staff not responsive to our request for a fan inside the room as the air conditioner is quite old and not function well. Anyway, some credits to this hotel: good to let us check in late, staff are polite, allow guest to keep luggages after check out, breakfast is good. Not recommend for family

Very near central station and ferry pier. Friendly service with good breakfast and comfortable room, they also introduce us several delicious restaurants nearby

The locationis close to Santa Lucia station and the busy streets. The staff is kind to recommend us some local restaurants. The room we stayed is gorgeous like the photos showed. Just one pity that we don't have a kettle to have some hot water.

Sabrina was the perfect person to greet us. She was friendly and informative. Our room was almost ready when we arrived early so we were able to check in. Breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend it as the price is good value! Thanks for everything!

酒店雖然舊但整㓗，一塵不染，早餐有多欵麵包可選，咖啡好喝，奶亦是熱的，非常貼心。惟一的扣分點是無升降機，要自己搬行李上二層

鄰近火車站🚉，職員十分友善，樂意幫助我們。

櫃檯接待人員親切有禮，雖然沒有電梯，但接待人員主動幫忙把行李箱搬上樓，讓人倍感窩心。自助早餐品質及份量都在水準之上，整體來說，是一次非常好的住宿體驗。

Good price and Good location to stay when you just stop over in Venice.

飯店位於威尼斯聖露西亞車站步行三分鐘可到，房間寬敞舒適，不過浴室排水系統差，容易積水，吹風機風力小很難用。不過飯店位置是最大優勢，步行一分鐘就到搭船的碼頭，要到威尼斯各個景點都很方便。

我們遇到的三個櫃台人員都非常的熱情很nice，地點離車站只要一分鐘，雖然飯店在巷子裡，但巷子沿路都是餐廳很熱鬧。房間很漂亮、廁所很大又有舒服的芳香。早餐有泡麵可吃，唯一缺點是沒有電梯。
