The hotel is situated next to a big shopping mall and one can buy a beer or snacks at a convenience shop nearby. A variety of cuisine dishes at reasonable price are available at the food court situated in the basement of the shopping mall. Avenue Florida is round the corner for shopping and cambio. La Barra, an ancient bar just opposite the hotel, is a good choice for lunch. No English ;-) There is a Catholic church with an ancient monastery (now a restaurant) just across the street.

Hotel muy comodo en general y excelente ubicacion. Solo falta algo de renovacion.

Localização execelente. Café da manhã repetitivo e alguns itens um tanto quanto duvidosos (presunto) no caso. Banheiro necessita de modernização. Controle de temperatura do quarto é feita externamente o q deixa o quarto quente e seco durante a noite. Para hóspedes pouco exigentes.

Check-in super rapido, pessoal muito atencioso, localização excelente, hotel muito legal, tudo muito bom.

Hotel muy ruidoso. Imposible conciliar el sueño. Los autos de la calle se escuchaban como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación, estaban instalando a las 6am un andamio en el hotel para una reforma y los martillazos eran horribles. Ducha muy incómoda. Digno de un departamento de estudiante, pero no de un hotel. La estancia no fue la mejor. Personal amable y atento.

Our stay was in early March. Initially we were assigned to a unit on the 4th floor. It became unbearably hot in the afternoon. I had to request for another room and moved to a room on the first floor. I still could not adjust the temperature because the air conditioning is a central system. I will never book this hotel during summer season.

The air conditioning did not work , they changed me to another room and same problem . We left the hotel because we couldn’t sleep . It was to hot

Great location at the heart of the city of Buenos Aires. It's close to everything. Front Desk Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. They courteously responded to our queries and willingly extended a helping hand whenever we need one. The rooms are clean but outdated and need some improvement or upgrade. The room's ventilation/air conditioning system was old & inadequate making us uncomfortable and sweaty.

Reception lady went out of her way to assist. She, i think her name was Vana...but not sure., .. was extra nice. Breakfast was sufficient. The property is old. Very noisy. Tough to sleep at nite. May need ear plugs.

Eu gostei bastante da localização e dos atendentes super prestativos. Dá pra ver que o Hotel tem um projeto muito bom, porém dava pra ver a falta de manutenção, se comparar as fotos do site com a realidade.

Me molestó que yo pague una habitación con cama king size y me dieron una habitación con 2 camas individuales juntas. Eso NO es una cama king size!! 😡 Una cama King size tiene 1 colchón King size. La habitación con muebles austeros, viejos y de aspecto sucio. En gral no me gustó nada el hotel. Deberían anunciarlo como 2 estrellas porque la verdad no vale más.

Excelente atención y servicio! Regresaré a este hotel con los ojos cerrados, muy amables todas las personas que atendieron a mi papá, quedó feliz!

Interesante concepto, muy céntrica a una cuadra de calla florida y galerías pacifico. Estuve dos noches, no hicieron mi habitación, cuarto amplio pero ventana chica. Cama king size hecha de dos individuales, sistema de calefacción central ,uno no puede subirle o bajarle

Excelente ubicación, muy lindo el lobby y cada piso, obras de arte muy lindas y limpieza excelente. A la habitación a la que fui le faltaba mantenimiento; el baño limpio pero azulejos en mal estado y grifería con sarro. El funcionamiento del agua caliente muy bueno, buen caudal y temperatura. La calefacción imposible de regular, hacían 10 grados afuera y tuve que dejar abierta la ventana para regularla. Me dijeron que era central y que la apagarían pero seguía muy alta la temperatura, por eso opté por dormir con la ventana abierta y así equilibrara. El desayuno se veía muy bien con mucha variedad de alimentos muy bien presentados pero el lugar en el que lo sirven es un subsuelo que personalmente no me resultó nada acogedor, no pude desayunar allí.

The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel had dated quite a lot in the 3 months we had booked. It isn't in the best area but close enough to major attractions using a taxi. The worst thing was the temperature. The rooms are exceptionally hot, despite requesting the temperature be turned down every night. The staff informed us that rooms do not have individual climate control. It was convenient to have breakfast there every day but some of the food was quite stale

Good location,great staff. Very low water pressure on 4th floor.
