The spa was great. Room was spacious and clean. Only issue was the rainfall head didn’t work in the shower.

Parking is expensive at 50 Euros but it is Valet parking and you are in the centre of Turin. There is other parking around but it is very limited and first in. The parking around the hotel is not secure. Everything else is exceptional. Highly recommend this Hotel if you are Turin

Location and the property is beautiful

O quarto era amplo e bem decorado, com dois banheiros. A cama com topper muito macia. O café da manhã bom. Para o aniversário de 9 anos de meu filho, contratamos o excelente serviço de torta e balões no quarto (€140,00). Mas o que mais nos marcou e ficou registrado em nossos corações foi sermos recebidos de forma tão calorosa pela sra. Allegra. Sentimo-nos em casa imediatamente e isso não tem preço. O maior exemplo de serviço 5 estrelas é o calor humano e o sorriso genuino. Obrigada, sra. Allegra!

Lovely staff, but experience spoiled by the fact it feels like you have to pay extra for everything e.g. entrance to spa, water in the room, breakfast. We never managed to get the WiFi in the room sorted - I wonder if it’s linked to the push to sign up for Hilton Honors?

Restaurant dinner food quality was not good at all. Italian food is delicious, however it wasn’t the case at the restaurant.

Rummet var så vackert och bekvämt. Rummet var tyst. Den skönaste sängen jag sovit i. Bra TV. Bra frukost. Kan inte klaga på något!

Comfortable stay and perfect location

Beim Check-in hat sich insoferne eine besondere Situation ergeben, als sich der Hotelpreis nicht mit jenem von Hotels-com gedeckt hat - er war höher. Zudem mussten wir anhand unserer Unterlagen nachweisen, dass die Kosten für das Frühstück im Gesamtpreis enthalten waren. Später wurden allerdings unsere Werte voll akzeptiert. Wenig erfreulich war auch die Tatsache, dass am ersten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes das Frühstück völlig unorganisiert abgelaufen ist. Absolut katastrophal. Erst ab dem zweiten Tag war wieder alles okay. Ansonsten war im Hotel während unseres Aufenthaltes alles in guter Ordnung.
