Staff very helpful indeed. The buffet breakfast was top notch in both quality and variety. Room spacious and beds large.

Faultless hotel in every aspect. Amenities are superb , food of high quality and cleanliness is outstanding. If I have to criticise one thing is that all restaurants are closed by ten oclock pm. ie if arrived after this time there will be no food

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good with lots of different food choices suitable for everyone. The pool is amazing. The only thing I can complain about is that the mattrases in the beds were a bit hard for our liking. But all in all, would definitely recommend!

Nydelig hotell med fantastisk personale. Alle fasiliteter man trenger. Store fine rom og nydelig utsikt over havet fra nedsiden av hotellet. Litt harde madrasser for oss-så om det er viktig så ville jeg spurt etter et rom med gode madrasser. Ellers alt man kunne ønske seg-vi kommer tilbake!

Facilities and breakfast were excellent. The walk to the harbour is about 45mins, so wear suitable footwear.

Le petit dejeuner est ouvert assez tard pour nous 08h. Les transats ne sont pas confortable, pas de matelas. Pour un 5* tres etonnant.

Muy buenas instalaciones, buena vista, bien ubicado.

Avslappende og nydelig hotell. Stykke til Altea sentrum, men det var vi forberedt på. Ingen ting å klage på her.

Rooms were large. Breakfast was great, however, for a 5 star hotel, not having a proper coffee machine in the room (powdered coffee and kettle provided, breakfast starts at 8 am) is not acceptable. Furthrmore, wifi in the rooms was so weak and poor, could not log in (had to go to reception to do so), and then could not upload normal apps like IG. Hotel reception were aware of this problem, so ongoing for a while. Also could not watch Netflix on iPad. TVs in the room are not smart TVs, not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Staff were all friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay here again.

The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!
