The room with the balcony was very room and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. We ate at the restaurant one night and had drinks both nights we were there and everything was good. Service was slow at the restaurant though. The location is great and it’s a quick drive to the beach.

They were very accommodating. They texted to ask if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. I asked for a mattress topper Sherie someone to check the AC. They took care of it before we even returned to the hotel.

staff is extremely nice and helpful and did the best they can. However the property is just dilapidated not well kept does not have a walking bridge like a show all the photos. There's no water like access to the hotel is very secluded from anything else. Not a great location definitely not what I expected for my family's vacation.

Had a great & easy check-in experience at the front desk. Standard $75 deposit hold. Property is very nice & close to downtown ST Pete which was perfect for us. Starbucks coffee is offered which comes in handy on a fast paced morning!

Everything was wonderful. Darryl and Brian at the desk were great, making check-in so easy. Everyone was very nice, and the property was lovely.

I really want to say how very much I enjoyed our stay. The staff wás exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful. Fantastic hotel!
