The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed before @2200. Walk for around 5 mins to the beach and suitable for swimming, surfing, playing volleyball,etc. Overall is good for living in this hotel.

Very comfortable although probably could do with an update. Few things wrong which we reported. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Would certainly stay there again. We had a penthouse with an ocean view. Beautiful. Nice a central to everything.

The accommodation we had needs an update, the sofa is sagging badly & quite uncomfortable. The toilet cyctern leaked sometimes. The general feeling of the rooms is tired.

The staff was wonderful they made the stay, they couldn't do enough to help with very question asked answered and request catered for. Lots of food places close by, plus shopping close by for groceries, and beach straight across the road. the room was spotlessly clean and been modernized. highly enjoyed my stay. .

Easy, clean, close to everything

Whilst this place has the 80s terracotta floor tiles it is absolutely amazing. VERY clean, GREAT location and friendly staff. FREE undercover car parking which is always a bonus. I had a pool view room which was very spacious and I would not only recommend this place, however I would stay again! Bed was super comfy and it was quiet.

The hotel is our go to for this trip my daughter and I make each year, we loved the walking distance to beach and restaurants when we initially booked but what made this trip what it was…the staff. Every interaction was really lovely

We had a 2 bedroom apt beach front and it was totally worth the upgrade. There were whales breaching in front of us. The spa was great and the kids loved the slides. The gym wasn’t that great but it was t a huge priority for us. Beds were very comfortable and it was great to have a washing machine in our unit! The location was fantastic and the vibe of the town was exactly what we were hoping for! Perfect spot along the Gold Coast for us.

The only issue I found with the property was some of the appliances were on a shelf and for short people, like me very difficult to reach and use. I was lucky as my son came with me to the room as d was able to get them for me
