The didn't reserved the room to me even I'd fully paid & confirmed by Hotels.com. The receptist is very impolite and just asked me to go to anther hotel which need 15 min driving time.

Good value for money and we all loved the onsite restaurant

The hotel is top notch. Excellent in every way. Immaculate throughout. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again when in the Cheshire area. Highly recommended

The room was a little disappointing. Seemed to have a big space in one corner which previously contained furniture. Besides the bed we had one chair and a dressing table. No fan or air-con despite the heat. We visited in March and the room was much nicer.

Two day stay, lovely staff, good breakfast and beautiful grounds but no change of towels or room cleaning during the stay and the Electric Vehicle charging kept cutting out and failed to fully charge which was very problematic

Ok but, the place lacked a little bit of soul. A more personal approach from the staff would have been nice.

Great hotel and location

The bed wasnt good. Two single bed joined together and it makes us feel uncomfortable.

Wonderful breakfast, clean large rooms

Disappointing! No heating on arrival, it was attended to but continued to be more off than on throughout our stay! It was freezing in the restaurant and were reminded to leave as breakfast was over at 9.30am, not what you expect in a supposedly high rated hotel!!! Coffee machines switched off no bread for toast, staff not happy. As we saw after leaving the staff were then having their breakfast so obviously we were holding them up!!! Not impressed!!

When my wife and I checked in to the Hotel at 15.00, we found the room very cold and the electric wall heater switched off. It took about 30 minutes to learn how to switch on the wall heater. However, the room was still very cold and so at 5.00pm we phoned the hotel reception to request a portable electric heater. The receptionist assured me she would check if one was available and call back, however, this never happened. So we had to endure the low temperature in the room. When we checked out the following day, I made an official complaint. The receptionist seemed disinterested in our plight and said she would report the issue to the hotel housekeeping. However, we did not get an apology. We feel the hotel management should have made some gesture of compensation for our bad experience. To date, we have not received anything.

Great hotel, friendly staff, breakfast really good. Security at main gate so a really secure environment

A lovely hotel but lacked some character. Unfortunately due to their being a corporate function on I felt lost in the bigger group.

Get hotel, exactly what was needed.

Hotel was lovely, no pool and a small gym but nice enough.

Great service good food, clean and quiet rooms everything you need, secure gated parking area. Excellent stay once again. Many thanks

Good stay in a comfortable hotel

Lovely overnight stay. Only complaint was that the room was very cold when we arrived and took eight hours to heat.

Rooms where good standard we where there for a family wedding food was ok for wedding ran out of lemon aid what hotel runs out of lemon aid breakfast was terrible food was cold and when I asked for fresh the food got pulled from underneath the hot plate not a lot of pastries on offer juice was warm
