I booked a standard room online. But when I checked in, I switched to a junior suite. It was in fact just like a deluxe double room in Asian hotel standard. The shower room was rather basic and the toilet has an aweful smell all the time. It's not a clean enough room. The breakfast was terribly expensive, booked online @€18.5, but my friend who did not book online has to pay €24. It's not worth it, the cheese slices were dry, only one kind of cold cut ham, without any fish.

Nice welcome. Ground floor looks great. Bar area and staff good. Bar meal was good with fresh baked bread. Ashley in wellness centre looked after us, very professional. Breakfast was good. Room comfy, no noise, just a little dated for price charged.

Het was niet slecht maar de service moet iets beter worden. In mij kamer was er twee lampen kapot en de medewerker weet niet wat ze moeten doen.

Gewoon een goed hotel. Menu kaart viel iets tegen.maar de salat was uitstekend . Goed en uitbebreid ontbijd

Ideaal voor families zeggen ze, tot je aan komt en het zwembad alleen gebruikt kan worden mits extra betaling en mits je naakt zwemt. Mega vreemd dus. Ontgoocheling alom natuurlijk. De kamer was vuil, bad kapot, ook niet netjes gepoetst. Kortom veel geld voor wat je krijgt.

For several reasons I can’t say that I would recommend the room we were given. The carpet was dirty The bedding and pillows stunk of body odour. The bathroom sink did not have a top to put any of my toiletries The sink did not have a sink plug and as a contact lens wearer cleaning my lens was tricky There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes or items The walk in shower design led to the water going into the bathroom area soaking everything The fan in the room was unbearably loud- needed as it was hot day Hand towels which were there the first day were removed by housekeeping and not replaced so had to use our bath towels after toilet visits. So wouldn’t recommend on this basis However the restaurant was fantastic

The hotel looks stunning from outside and in the pictures but dont let that fool you. Its very tired and grubby. The pool ISN"T free to you, its €14.95 for a 1hr pre booked sesion and everyone must be naked! This isnt mentioned anywhere in the property details and is something im not comfortable with personally. The sole purpose of booking this hotel was the pool area, not location as we'd driven down from North Holland and just wanted to relax. The room was grubby, smelt old and musty and generally needed a refresh. The drains was blocked meaning the bathroom floor become soaking from the shower. Overall, not a pleasant stay

Bar service was brilliant with great choice of drinks. Lovely big room but as soon as we opened the door the room stunk of stale body odour. There were only 2 bath towels which were really old. There were no hand towels. The bathroom needs a vanity mirror - just a suggestion. No air condition but good fan which was needed for the hottest day.

Toilet stinkt,loopt constant door. Overal stof,niet netjes gepoetst. Handdoeken zijn super dun. Veel lawaai in gangen. Volledig gedateerd en slecht onderhouden. Als je het doorgeeft aan personeel bij verlaten hotel. O geef ik door aan technische dienst maar je betaling is wel in orde krijg je als reactie

Otelde spa ve havuz var olarak görünüyor ama hayatımın şokunu yaşadım..resepsiyon oraya çıplak girileceğni söyledi neden bu ayrıntıyı bildirmiyorlar ... saçmalık ve otel odasında sigara içmediğim halde akşam otele geldim odam kartla açılmadı ve resepsiyon odada sigara içmişsiniz diye 2 günlük konaklama ekstra bedelıödemeniz gerekti dedi gece 23 de yetkili kimsede otelde olmadıgı için o parayı ödeyerek odama giriş saglayabildim... sabah olduğunda resepsiyona gittim ve neden ceza kesildiğini sordum odanın içindeki yangın alarmın üzerine sardığım için ceza yemisim odada sigara ictigimi düşünmüşler.. ve restoranlarında kesinlikle domuz eti yemediğimi söyledim ve salata istedim salatanın içerisinde ufak birkaç parça tavuk koydukları söğütler ama meğerse domuz eti koymuşlar ve sonrasında fark ettim iğrenç bir oteldi....şikayet edeceğim onlarj

It’s was an “ok” hotel

Een gedateerd hotel welke schreeuwt om een update naar deze tijd. Veel behang wat loslaat, beschadigd bad, etc. , etc.. Welness is een hele grote naam voor iets wat niet meer is dan een kleine hotel sauna op huis tuin en keuken niveau. Een kapotte Jacuzzi (al meerdere weken) helpt ook niet mee.
