Palermo is not that pretty! Lots of Graffiti everywhere!

Can’t believe how comfortable we felt at this hotel. We actually felt like family. They were so helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was very yummy and included a cappuccino. Location was also good, about a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street where Gucci and Prada are found.

The hotel and staff were very nice! We were very comfortable! Palermo as a city has many wonderful attractions, but refuse collection is not a priority

All in all nice hotel, with very friendly staff. Wifi was bad, and cell phone reception for me was bad inside the building.

Purtroppo lo split dell'aria condizionata era molto rumoroso e, non avendo la stanza una finestra per arieggiare ma solo una porta finestra che dava sul passaggio per le altre camere, ho dovuto scegliere tra la regolazione della temperatura e il silenzio. Peccato.

Near the port and in awalking distance to the opera and a shopping area but far from the old city. The mattress in our room was too hard. At the day of our visit the elevator did not work and the hotel has only one elevator

A great place, friendly and very efficient staff. A nice garden in the back to wind down after a long day or where to have a drink or eat your breakfast. Perfect and seamless check-in and attentive service by the front desk, a joyful lady named Pia, who was also available to offer advice or book a restaurant for us. A great place, well located to enable day trips in the city or around. We will be back for sure and highly recommend the establishment also for its great quality/price ratio.

Personnel super accueillant, grande chambre avec un très bon et grand lit. Un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner, sans plus, peu de produits salés locaux et beaucoup de pâtisseries pas franchement maison et les jus de fruit de mauvaise qualité ! Parking privé, surveillé et gratuit. Proche du centre (10 min à pied) mais loin des centres d'intérêts.

My family of 6 stayed here in August 2017. We loved the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, clean and well equipped. The breakfast had eneverything you could wish for: yoghurt, lots of fresh fruit, a nice variety of cold cuts, cereal, local pastry, and any kind of coffee or teas.

nice hotel near the centre and close to the main high ways. the staff is very kind, available and provided free extra services. this hotel is not in the city centre. it takes 5 min driving and btw in order to visit Sicily it is recommended to rent a car.

Habitación con techos muy altos muy bonita de ver pero no especialmente cómoda. Muy amables en recepción y en general todo el servicio. Desayuno no destacaba por variedad.

hotel semiperiferico a circa 10' a piedi dal centro. Per il resto tutto molto ok, dalla stanza al personale gentilissimo alla colazione alla pulizia. Il garage è all'interno dell'hotel e la vicinanza dell'hotel al centro è tale che non abbiamo mai usato l'auto. Consigliabilissimo

Hotel vieillissant, mal entretenu, rangements dans les chambres ridicules, petit déjeuner buffet très limite, le tout pour un prix très élévé au vu des prestations. Par contre le personnel est très agréable et toujours à l'écoute.

Room smelled like sewer, Bathroom drain clogged, old uncomfortable mattress, old polyester sheets, curtains falling down and dragging the floor

Deux personnes de cet hotel parlent très bien français ce qui permet d'avoir des renseignements et de l'aide pour les déplacements et autre... en plus, il y a un excellent restaurant juste à côté, le quart venti. Le buffet du peti déjeuner est très local et très correct
