房間感覺，服務好，週邊很好逛，非常棒的地點！

It is a simple but clean hotel which is only 100m away from Uster railway station. Located in a shopping mall, nice neighborhood. Room is big consider European standard, but quite noisy between 8:30-17:00 due to decoration. Why it is still not finished? My last stay was more than 12 months before.

My favorite hotel at Uster, in the same building of Migros and close to train statation(200 meteres). This time, the hotel was under re construction and refurnishing, noisy since 7 AM. I will back agin in June, hope the construction can be finished by then.

Zimmer sauber und Frühstück war auch gut. Leider hatte ich das Pech, dass die Klimaanlage nicht ging. Und dies sei in der 8 Etage wohl bekannt.

Zimmer 805 war nicht sauber geputzt, überall sind lange blonde haare gewesen.. sogar in bett.. boden war nicht sauber gesaugt…

It was wonderful, unfortunately we could only stay for one night!

Unschlagbar zentral in Uster gelegen, hervorragendes Personal. Tiefgarage und Einkaufcenter im Haus, Fahrstuhl verbindet Hotel direkt mit beidem, leider nur 1 Fahrstuhl. Angenehmes Ambiente in Frühstück / Barbereich. Terrasse und Dachgarten vorhanden. Leider Badezimmer Wanne eng, mit hohen Wänden und rutschig. Hab mich beim Duschen unsicher gefühlt. Obwohl in 5. Etage oft Geruchsbelästigung durch Raucher auf Terrasse.

とっても快適に過ごせました。 もう少しリーズナブルだともっとよかったです。

Tolles Frühstück

Friendly and helpful staff!

Make sure you check in before 9 pm. Hard to get into hotel without a key. Unfortunately we were there during a somewhat of a heat wave and didn’t realize there would be no air conditioning and very slow fan. However breakfast was great, staff was friendly and a convenient location.

Ne parle pas français

hervorragendes, freundliches Personal, besonders an der Reception. Sehr gutes Morgenbuffet mit super feinem Kaffee. Das Hotel befindet sich an guter Lage mit toller Terrasse.

Perfekte Lage! Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch, auch dass man sein Heissgetränk an der Bar frisch bestellen und es einem dann serviert wurde, finde ich toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten waren super. Vielen Dank!

Für einen kurzen städtetrip ok , ok Grunde etwas zu teuer für Ausstattung und Angebot des Frühstücks . Alles in allem war es sauber und das Personal bemüht . Werde denk ich wieder kommen falls ich nochmal nach uster muss

Amazing hotel

the staff were very helpful. I found the room to be too hot even with the windows open. The mattress was very comfortable.

Das Personal ist sehr anonym unterwegs und macht seine Arbeit. Die Seele und ein motiviertes Lächeln fehlt etwas in diesem Haus, wenn man nicht beruflich unterwegs ist.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Illuster. It was a last minute booking as we had arrived in Switzerland and did not like our original accommodation we booked (another hotel) so got online and found this one instead. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is on top of a shopping mall and we parked underneath the mall. We had to pay a small charge at the hotel to park there. The hotel is in a nice area with quite a few shops and restaurants. Not far from the hotel is the countryside and mountains and we had a great time exploring the surrounding area. Our room had a balcony and the view was pretty good. The hotel was clean and quiet.
