Excellent location and spacious room, close to train station and reasonable price for stay, wish able to stay more night to further explore the city.

- Great staff, very helpful and kind - the best hotel breakfast I've had totally worth the price - I asked for a bathtub when I booked the room, didn't get it but I didn't complain because we had a big room. However it's just next to a small stairs, so very early in the morning there were people dragging their suitcases and even hit our door by accident, so very noisy. I asked if it was possible to change the room for the second night. Thanks to the staff and her manager were able to do that for me even the hotel was completed booked already. - The second room was much smaller, and still could hear the neighbor caughing in the night and went out in the morning, so I guess it was just the sound prove system of the hotel is not nice enough. And also I feel like disppointed to get a smaller room which was not worth the price I paid. - Didn't see any notice about the swimming pool is closed at the moment when I made the reservation. And the SPA is 12euros, too expensive for the what it is so we didn't do that. So in conclusion, if I knew there would be now swimming pool and no bathtub, with a noisy room and spa is not free. I wouldn't choose this hotel with the price I have other options indeed.

Excelente hotel

A good location ! Room was clean but basic! Tea and coffee facilities would have been good. Staff were friendly and the bar area was nice. We used the gym which was good.

Too many bugs in the room. The room also had a musty smell.

"Gym area" was a joke. The rooftop "pool area" was well-used, but the pool is tiny and used only to stand in. Kind of weird. One of the two elevators was inoperable during our entire 4 day stay. Neighborhood was safe, offered many restaurant options.

Wry helpful staff. Excellent dinner in the cafe and wonderful breakfast. Difficult to find the hotel And challenging to access by car but the staff helped locate the parking lot. Room was very nice.

Hôtel situé proche des arrêts de bus. Chambre spacieuse, lits confortables, petit déjeuner très bien. Le parking est un peu loin et difficile à trouver (Parking San Lazaro) et coûte 18 euros par jour. La terrasse est très agréable.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is good for backpackers. No parking at all not even for drop off. Difficult access by car. Room is good but humble for a 4star. Not even a bottle a water is offered. Bring your own hair conditioner. There is none.
