Room with a view was amazing, shower flooded every time when used it, the bar and restaurant where never open, pillows where very thin, Rooms need updating as there was paint off walls, there was no communication to staff that we where coming

Dolphin Heads is an awesome spot to stay. Rooms are clean and have great views.They do not have a reception for checking in guests. Once there you get left on your own to figure out where you are staying although the staff can be helpful once located

No gear to wash dishes or t towels

Curtains had mould. Ants on bathroom walls and kitchen bench. Could not use kitchen facility as we did not have a stove in our room. $25 each for cocktails that bar staff had no idea how to make. No room service or any services were available. The view was great though. I would not recommend.

Room needed better cleaning bed was like sleeping on a rock

Room was in need of a decent clean. Thick dust on bathroom vent and on framed pictures in room. Sheer curtain mouldy and falling apart. Entry door sticks badly. Linen was clean and basic cleaning done. Such a shame this resort is run down. We booked as it said there was a restaurant but it was closed. The pool was beautiful and the grounds and gardens are well kept. Room was dated but we didn't care about that, it just needed a good clean and maintenance done. No beach access as only rock walls.

The room was spotless; however, we had a problem with the water in the bathroom. It took us a long time to shower because, for some reason, the water would stop coming out, and we had to wait for it to start again.

Room was great, very clean. Beautiful view of the beach.

No staff around. Clean but needing maintenance. Lots of Ants. Verandah roof leaking. Outdoor table and chairs in need of replacing

The room was juat average, sliding door did not close properly and was very loud. Linens were slightly dirty, bathroom light was broken and didnt turn on, tv was broken and didnt work. Staff was very limited so couldnt even ask for help. The facility expected you to leave the dishes clean before leaving (otherwise a charge) however, no sink - we had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink and no supplies were prvided. Ants everywhere, door and bathroom were rusty. Plates and cutlery were limited. No instructions on how to use the pool facilities, we finally asked someone who told us there was a fob to access the pool (day 2). Views were lovely but thats about it. Pool was ok.

Great spot for relaxing, had to get help to find our room, staff were more than helpful. The pool was great and the ocen veiw was great. The room was clean, overall a very comfortable stay.

The room was cleaned and perfect 1st floor view.Only disappointment was no onsite restaurant, no sink to wash up had to use bathroom one and wrong code for carpark and entry. Once we found the manager on the phone all was good and perfect. The view the gardens are very nice and well set out we will be back
