Well priced great motel to stay at!

Pros: Check in staff very friendly and efficient. Nice room with fresh and clean linens. Good A/C. Cons: Mattress could have been firmer as it dipped in the centre overnight, the bathroom door stuck on the tiles opening and closing and carpet was stained in a few places.

The overall stay was great. We love that all the soaps and everything are in dispensers, lovely room. However, I would think eggs, bacon or ham, with homefries should have been included, not as an extra charge. Just my opinion.

It was good. There was some disruptive guests with a hockey team that were being loud and disrespectful in the lobby at 2am. But the staff handled it accordingly, which I appreciated. Room was very clean and the jacuzzi was great. Was sanitized and the size was bigger than expected. I am tall - so the size being so accommodating was a pleasant surprise.

Arrived at 4:30pm (check in listed as 3pm) and they had no clean rooms ready. We waited 30 mins and they offered us noon check out as an apology. Next morning the front desk started calling our room at 11:10 to ask why we were still there. We said they told us noon but still argued. Sooo

Free Continental, $8 more and you had bacon,sausage, eggs and homefries. Rooms were clean. Can't beat it. Tons of stores and food in the area, within walking distance. Great spot.

The room was not ready when we arrived at 5pm. They said it would be 15min but it took almost an hour before it was ready. They said they would call when it was ready but no one ever did. I called down and the front desk put me on hold for over 5 minutes before I hung up. We were 3 in the room but only had 2 towels. When calling the front desk the person hung up right away when I called. I called once more and they very rudely said that it will be there soon but 30 minutes before later we went down to the desk to pick it up. The workers were not very pleasant when interacting with them.

Very clean! We weren’t there a lot but bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows, great coffee and breakfast in morning. Everything we needed.

Nice location with Walmart right there. Clean rooms and decent breakfast

Was allowed to check-in early without any fees :D Charming property in a seemingly good location (e.g., short walk to Vaughan metropolitan center.) Professional and polite staff.

If you book on Expedia, checking in is seamless. Don’t underestimate this hotel! If you’re from the South like me, the breakfast will be mid.

Very average and dated hotel.

The place is clean, but the Internet is extremely slow; the staff did nothing to improve after complains.

Clean, quiet, safe and close to shopping and restaurants. What else could you ask for?

They offer a continental breakfast.Lack of stuff Bagels -Juice- Service.Its a poor breakfast
