整體很舒適，浴室備品，房間設備，讓人體驗貴族的一日

Outstanding experience! No need to appraise the service and the nice looking hotel. One special thanks to restaurant, all staff are extremely helpful and kind. We love them. Since no need to say how wonderful it is (as everybody knows), I will share improvement note. One problem we were facing - the bathroom door can’t close fully. I reported in the morning but we were back to hotel around 4pm, still as per. They fix it after my second call. We felt their sincerity by receiving a handwritten sorry note with box of chocolate in the next day. But this should be foresee before we arrive (we actually see the maintenance trolley outside of the room when we arrive.

原來不只一棟,被分配到很邊疆的房間，房間很大而且採光很不好， 但飯店人員也很友善，地點交通很方便，盥洗用具只有棉花棒、浴帽、香皂。

An amazingly beautiful hotel with excellent staff who are all exceedingly professional, polite and helpful. I would return to Budapest just to stay in this hotel. A memory for a lifetime!

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to boarding our river cruise. This hotel is very beautiful. Our room was clean,spacious and very comfortable. The evening turndown was unexpected😁. We had breakfast in the breakfast room. Don't ask me what I had - I was too busy taking in the most beautiful baroque architecture and decorations! The only negative was that we waited for over 10 minutes in the rather quiet sitting area for a waiter to take our drinks order and ended up walking out. A waiter came through a number of times but never saw us when we waved.

The property was beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding and Mark, our waiter was maybe the best ever. Jennifer at Concierge could not have been more genuine and helpful. The Bell Service staff was great. It was a pleasure for my familty to stay at your facility.

Tip top at Atalanta. Staff lovely. Attention to detail superb. Can’t wait to come back

Staff not friendly, we stayed 5 nights. Although is a 5-star hotel, but their furnitures are old conditions.

Property is very well positioned for getting around Budapest short rides via taxi or Uber get you everywhere quickly. Staff is helpful in assisting with transport needs and very friendly.
