spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. We mentioned to the driver it should be a fixed rate, who insisted their company doesn't have a deal with the hotel and that we need to present a corporate card. our overall experience with this property is good, but i would suggest them to take out the fixed rate taxi from their information or communicate better with the companies they claimed to have partnership.

very good location, walking to some of the best restaurant, staff is nice, got free parking right outside as it was weekend. Also got it on the last minute deal, price is very good also. Staff is friendly,

SO small. No fresh air, no opening windows as they had cracks in them.

Convenient location in the heart of Wellington's CBD. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants. The apartment was generously sized with 2 seperate bedrooms with double beds, & lounge / kitchen.

I booked a studio room but became a two-bedroom flat. What a surprise!, also the view out in 13 floor is so amazing, I have the best view of the city skyline. I totally recommend, and will be staying here when I come back to Wellington. Thank you.

Property was in a handy location, easy walk to the waterfront, shops, cable car and museum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two bedroom apartment was comfortable and spacious although the bathroom was quite small. Parking was across the road in a Wilsons Car Park - $40/night if arranged through Quest on Johnston.

Lovely friendly staff member, very convenient, quiet, comfy.

Great value. Would stay there again.
