第一次到紐約，沒有方向感也不知道交通路線怎麼安排，還好飯店離火車站不遠，走路約十分鐘，但真正方便的還是開車，有免費停車，早餐有肉有蛋有咖啡給60分，但如果算上交通費（三個人來回大概50刀），其實可以在市區找一個更便利出行的酒店，總之還行給過！

It is very convenient and safe! Lots of parking with lights around the premises. Breakfast was not too bad, we enjoyed their fresh bread and scrambled eggs! I disliked the fact that they charged an incidental fee right away on my VISA and it has been a week and the charge has not been reversed. I was told it would take at least 2 to 3 days only but never done!!! I do not want to call this location again since its a long distance call..i will try to be patient and wait for another day! Best Western Massapequa charged an extra $100 USD on my VISA and wasnt told upon checked in! This should have disclosed right away so there's no surprises! Give me back my money BW!!!

The hotel was very nice , it's my second time staying here but this time we had a big problem because the sofa was broking and had to sleep in the floor

Nice hotel, the front desk folks were excellent. The room was very clean but a little cramped. Still for one night's stay it was great, convenient to many things, and very reasonable.

Seems like new property well maintained.

Always a good stay! Staff is great.

The beds were to high off the floor. And there was only one computer like chair to sit in. Other than that it was convenient to beach.

Could use a redo as it isnt what we expected.

Lots smoking in the hall, We was bite by mosquito or something else.

stay here once every few years for the convenience

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a pool to relax at with decent hours. Comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the train station.
