La habitación sucia, el baño sucio con marcas de haber usado el wc y no limpiarlo, muebles en mal estado, cubeta con ladrillos afuera de elevador y mucho polvo. Tuve que salirme y buscar otro hotel y no quiere regresarme el dinero tengo pruebas.

Lo bueno: la ubicación es maravillosa porque queda muy cerca de todo lo que hay que visitar. Buen espacio, y personal muy muy amable. El desayuno es aceptable pero nada espectacular. Lo malo: taxi forzoso desde la estación y quien lleva coche puede sufrir acceso a esa zona céntrica. El aire acondicionado enfría muy poco tuvimos que pedir ventiladores que amablemente nos dieron. Todo es un poco viejo. Estuvimos una sola noche, para mas días tal vez no sea tan buena opción en época de calor.

Great location , if you drive be aware that there are road barriers to get into the town, you can drive up and push a button and they will lower the barriers. This was NOT communicated to us in advance , others had the same issue. Parking is under the hotel and VERY tight, need a small car.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, quarto amplo, moderno e com muito conforto. A cama é ótima e o banheiro também.

The experience was all around great the suite compared to what I expected based on similar suites in America was definitely over the top. Truly felt like i was staying somewhere well above my means. The room literally had 3-4 full sitting areas up stairs and downstairs

Nice hotel close to the Cathedral

Was next to cathedral and old town. The room was very large (three seperate areas). Parking was in the hotel and the breakfast was very good. The hotel needs some upgrading particularly the bathroom. This looks to be a hotel that was exceptional but is in need of an upgrade. The A/C and the TV did not work which was annoying but not a huge issue. With a little bit of attention this could be (or return to) a 4 or 5 star hotel.

El hotel muy agradable y el desayuno muy variado, la única recomendación es que mejoren el café, el de Nescafé que ofrecen no es muy bueno.
