4/f river view is the direction, not the view We have 3 rooms , staff was arranged 1 room and let me go 6/f for the river view finally.

The best is the price. The experienced guy look annoyed and not friendly at all at check-in. Breakfast just fine with limited choices. One elevator is not enough for the whole hotel during dining hours.

Just needs to be updated and cleaned better. Smart tv in the room would have been ideal.

The room wasn’t very clean. The beds are hard and the rooms need to be updated. Even the tv isn’t a smart tv. For the price we paid it wasn’t good.

Most of the staffs are not friendly and accommodating.

Great location. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Beds were satisfactory (a bit hard and sunken). Pillows were lumpy.

Summarize Review: It doesn’t let me a 2.5 star review so I round Down Breakfast: 2/5 Cleaninless: 4/5 Room: 3/5 (look notes of the details) Service: 3.5 to 4/5 Location:5/5 If I knew the hotel was like that I wouldn’t stay there . I would look for another hotel the oakes hotel looks good outside and the embassy hotel too but it is a little more expensive. Detail review: The breakfast wasn’t too good, there is very little variety( there is no Fruit) sausage wasn’t good . Another bad thing is that the air doesn’t seem to be good enough for a double bedroom ( I can’t say for sure since the weather was pleasant for us when we were there) and last bad thing is that the room has some small things make sure you don’t miss anything, you don’t want to get charge for something you didn’t do (we barely left it but we should be good as we report that to a manager, they asked me for 100 dollar deposit for 2 nights ) .The location was the best thing since is really close to the incline railway to go to the Falls and there are some other good things close like the Ihop in the Tower .

Need smart features like usb charging atleast

Consider did smell a little mouldy but room was fine. Elevator could be aired out, chlorine smell from smell of guests using the pool

The place is probably a 3.5 but gave them 4 stars. Not a bad place to stay, if I was back in the area would stay again. Not far from the incline railway.

There was mould in the bathroom at this hotel

Room and surroundings were clean and well maintained. No stains, mold, or odors. We were able to walk to everything in the area without leaving in the car. Our room was nearest the breakfast room. Other guests were loud in the morning. Parking was $30/ night. Shouldn't have to pay to park in order to give you my business.

The room had an odd smell, tried switching the room but staff were not able to accommodate. Then argued the room didn’t smell. Would not stay here

Overall, hotel is alright. Should pay more attention to cleaniless of bed sheets. There was a small blood stain on my top blanket, but staff replaced it immediately.

Strong smell as soon as we walked in the room. Don’t know if that was their air freshener or previous customers.
