Very convenient being less than 10mins taxi (€15) from the airport. Good all inclusive menu selection and wines & spirits. Coffee available from the sports bar and others. Rooms had minibars that were included and replenished. Only suggestion would be an adults only (or 12+) area in the buffet.

Too much for the quality

It is a good family hotel. The food is very good.

Had to pay for beach umbrellas and chairs. Not good.

Property was well kept and room was comfortable. Dining options were limited as restaurants other than buffet were fully booked. There is no beach service at all. Pool towels were not available during posted times and all pool chairs were reserved from very early in the morning.

Like entertainment Food was delicious

Really lovely hotel, pool areas are excellent, rooms spotless and amazing variety of food. Only issue with us were the mosquitos. The resort is next to a lake, hence, we were all terribly bitten and I could see a number of others around the pool with awful bites. The gym is very basic and urgently needs updating and complete sets of weights rather than one weight for each kg.

Large property. Great food. Nice beach. Nice spa. 1 thing I didn’t like is you have to pay for the beach chairs.

The property overall is very nice. Only down side is the room service. They provide only 4 cans (300ml cans) of water each day and charge you extra for more. So much for an all inclusive resort!!

Everyone in the staff was so professional and nice. Ashley at reception is super friendly. Food was super fresh, couldnt ask for better for the price. Better than expected. Beach location and very close to airport (10 mins by taxi) so was perfect stay.

Overall was good. It used to be better though.. kids loved it.

Träningsresa med vänner, allt tiptop utom gymmets utrustning och renlighet! Hotellet hade egna träningspass som ingick, men tyvärr fanns infon endast i deras egen app (under rubriken ”all ages” så nästan inga gäster hittade dit. Synd! Gav denna feedback vid utcheckning vilket togs emot väl. Fantastiska bufféer, inte minst efterrätterna, mums, återkommer gärna!

It was very nice, the people were friendly and the rooms very beautiful. Be aware that you have to pay for the drinks after 1am and that some drinks are "premium" - not all inclusive. otherwise it was good and the beach is also nice if you walk 5 minutes on the beach. just know, that there are no public lounge chairs and if you want to get one, you'll have to be in the beach clubs there.

Everything was perfect and the whole staff were super helpful and friendly!
