normal and clean is ok but near no any supermarket ,need prepaid the warter

Excellent location for the football stadium, train station and city centre. Staff were very helpful, really good breakfast as well. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Wrexham.

The double beds were comfortable pillows awful Had to change rooms for second night twin beds not large enough moved easily Pillows equally as awful . No walk in showers which make it difficult for people not able to use bath. Was told well if it’s only for one night did it matter and it was business people using hotel Room 111 opposite housekeeping i had to complain three times from 8am-10 for noisy chatter and Five staff were outside my door laughing and joking. I was there to rest after a surgical treatment from hospital. One packet of biscuits between 2 a bit mean. Great to have bottled water though. The tv had good choice the restaurant and room service good albeit says on room brochure no extra charge which is untrue There is a small pleasant garden to sit and convenient chairs outside.The relaxation area is pleasant and an excellent idea to see a newspaper only two. Opposite hospital and close to major hospitals convenience for staying overnight. Air con in my room was good but i know not all rooms are the same as i have had to complain before

Great breakfast. AC a real treat Staff friendly and helpful

We stayed in an Executive run which was well maintained and spacious if a little dated. Bathroom had been updated but corners had been cut like an old siding on the bath. Air con worked well and the room was quiet overnight. Breakfast wasn’t great. Limited choices and the eggs were terrible both scrambled and fried, but it was only £10 each. It was good value for money overall and convenient for a stroll into town to catch the shuttle bus to Llangollen Pavilion. Would imagine it gets very busy on match days as it is close to the Race Course ground.

Found this hotel great nice and helpful staff just could say the room could do with more sachets of tea and coffee and milk very sparse .

Very nice, spacious room. Recently renovated bathroom & shower. Good food options at bar. Pleasant, helpful staff. Adam stood out.

Clean room, nice size, easy to get to city center

Large room, lots of parking, great breakfast. 5 minute walk to the Racetrack, 20-25 minutes to town.

Stayed here for 2 nights during a work trip, executive room is large with a good sized desk and good layout. Fridge and safe in room. Shower was just Ok. Rooms need a refresh, some shoddy contractors used previously as workmanship was very bad, especially the silicone around the sinks. Breakfast was very bland, and the worst coffee I've had in a hotel. Would have preferred a basic Nescafé packet.

The food seem substandard

Spa was out of order and bathroom shower had low water pressure

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms.
