Great location for work trip.

My wife and I spent one night at this Hampton Inn. The room with a king bed was very large by comparison to most other inns. Everything (clean, quiet, nice staff etc) was fine. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Excellent service, clean rooms, great breakfast and very convenient to stores and highway.

I only gave a “1” on Cleanliness due to the dining staff at the included breakfast. We witnessed the waitress refilling the bread for toast with her bare hands (no gloves or tongs) then use her hands to open the kitchen door & came back out with more food in her bare hands. Also, we witnessed the used tables get wiped down with a wet cloth but there was never any sort of sanitizer sprayed on the surfaces. I’m not a germophobe, but I am aware of my surroundings. NYS law prescribes that either gloves or some for of utensil must be used when directly handling food. Aside from that, the hotel was lovely. Our room was clean. The bed was so comfy I wish I could’ve brought it home. The pool was a perfect temperature. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to use it. Very convenient location whether you are going to the Lucille Ball Museum or heading up to Dunkirk/Fredonia.

The shower was not working properly. The water was not hot enough and did not drain properly. Do we get a compensation?
