It was a perfect stay.

This hotel location was great for my 6am flight, but it offered limited walkable dining options. There were challenges finding Sunday dining and options between 4-7 pm. The hotel staff was great but room furniture was worn looking and hallway furniture was very dusty. The quick trip to the airport and the daytime front desk person were the highlights for me.

Excellent Staff service at the front desk and Good breakfast! We booked it for the free parking and we walked a few minutes to the metro.

Great location close to the Florence airport. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Le séjour à l hotel Cosmopolitan a été excellent. J ai apprécié l accueil et le service du personnel, la propreté, le calme et le confort de l'hôtel. Le petit dejeuner buffet est excellent. La proximité de l hôtel à l aéroport et du centre-ville m ' a permis de me déplacer lors de ce séjour à Florence.

Convenient to airport- clean, functional hotel.

Loved everything about this place but the location. The area seemed more run down than the south eastern parts of Florence. That being said we didn’t really feel that unsafe. There were kids running around the neighborhood. Restaurants weren’t as accessible during the early dinner hours. It was closer to the airport though which is why we chose it, but next time we’d probably just stay in the more downtown Florence area.

The staff was excellent super helpful & willing to take the time necessary to help us.

Helpful staff. At check-in they arranged for an early room (12 pm local). Room was spotless. Location is 10 minute walk from Lucerne's historic area, although the streets are dirty away from the historic area. Overall a good stay. And the room is air conditioned! That made a difference in late June 2025 when there was a heat wave.

Great property. Area is very transit-accessible, and they let us leave our bags for a while after checkout.

Purtroppo anche se l’hotel è confortevole e il personale gentile, non posso esimermi da lasciare una recensione negativa in quanto la mia stanza era infestata dalle cimici da letto che mi hanno riempita il corpo di punture estremamente fastidiose. Le punture mi hanno fatto allergia e ho dovuto prendere farmaci anche pesanti evitando esposizione al sole per 2 mesi - estate rovinata! Come dicevo la struttura è stata comprensiva

Well, I only was staying at the hotel for one night before I was departing from Florence, the staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything needed for our very early departure, and even were so kind to make a cappuccino at oh-dark-30 before our cab ride. The staff was exceptional. The room was very clean, quiet and cool! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Cosmopolitan was a perfect choice for my stay in Florence. Hotel was within walking distance to the Florence airport and that was very convenient for me. Staff was wonderful! Room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Was able to take my time with an extremely nice breakfast the morning I departed. Will definitely stay with them again! Thank you Hotel Cosmopolitan!

Check in very easy, the front desk accommodated our early check in request, which was very welcome as we were exhausted.
