Spa wasn’t what we expected but it did the trick to help us relax. It would have been helpful for staff to let us know things at check in like how to work the lights and spa key.

Personalet er super mega søde og taler flydende engelsk. Man føler sig virkelig godt behandlet. Værelser er meget almindeligt. Men udsigten forfærdelig og sengene kan du se på billedet. Så kan du jo selv bestemme om du vil bo her…. Gad vide om der er nogen som er døde i de senge….

Check-in zeer moeizaam ondanks dat we vooraf online de gevraagde procedure al hadden afgerond en de nodige informatie al hadden aangeleverd. Kamer was ontzettend warm en bleek alleen koeler te kunnen worden door het raam te openen, helaas ligt het hotel aan een drukke weg en bevond de kamer zich boven de vuilnisbak en rook plek, dus dat was geen optie. Wisselen van kamer werd toegezegd maar kreeg later op de middag bericht dat het niet mogelijk was. Personeel was, op een paar uitzonderingen na, niet vriendelijk of attent. Zou hier niet weer verblijven.

Great clean modern rooms. Use of a spa facility which is nice after travelling! Airport shuttle service is good if a little pricey for the distance covered but a welcome convenience. Friendly staff

Good location, close to the airport, our room was without door in the bathroom-that was a little weird for us🤔🙂, clean but some things schould be fix or changed. Nice spa but very small and you have to use a bath cap hehe-rules are rules. We didn't have breakfast and I cant tell anything about this but we ate diner in the restaurant-was good but very small portions-if you are hungry you need to order a lot.

El hotel en sí bien, pero se suponía que en el spa no podías entrar sin gorro y tuvimos que comprar y luego ya en el spa nadie llevaba gorro. Fuimos a recepción a quejarnos de que una de nuestras habitaciones no se podía estar por la calor que hacía y no podíamos enchufar aire acondicionado porque va centralizado y la contestación en recepción fue que ya lo sabían que en esa habitación daba mucho el sol y que no lo aguantaban ni los britanicos

The room was nice and clean. However, the hotel uses centralized air conditioning, so the temperature cannot be adjusted. Our room felt quite warm, which made it a bit uncomfortable, and we had to open the windows. The TV is also not connected to the internet, so streaming services like Netflix are not available. Breakfast was acceptable. We stayed for two days, and the selection included bread, eggs, hash browns, sausage, and fruit. It was decent for €14 per person. However, I wouldn’t recommend dining at the hotel restaurant beyond breakfast. We had dinner and ordered the chef’s specialty, which cost £32 per person, but it didn’t suit my palate. The octopus and shrimp were overly salty, while the pork was undercooked. The mango pavlova dessert was also too sweet. We ended up leaving the pork and dessert unfinished and had to eat elsewhere. Overall, the stay was okay. The hotel is about 7 minutes from the airport and costs approximately €11–12 each way by metered taxi.

Excellent value for money and friendly staff. Very close to the airport and even 5:30 am the taxi service worked perfectly.

A lovely modern hotel 5 minutes from the airport. The room was spacious, clean and up to date. The cafeteria was welcoming and there was a good snack menu available all day.

Room was fine although there was not a coffee or tea maker in the room. I have never stayed at a hotel where this was the case. But the front desk attendant was very nice and offered me a coffee from the kitchen.
