The location is one of our favorite thing. It is within the free tram zone, close to Docklands shopping center, only minutes from Southern Cross and the busy streets of Melbourne. All the staff that we met were all very friendly and helpful. The unit is kind of small but very clean, just enough for 2 people, but need to unpack our luggage immediately, otherwise there ' s no space to have open suitcases. The amenities were pretty complete. They provides cooking utensils, oven, microwave and dishwasher, including the soap, sponge, etc. However, the washer/dryer were air dryer and needed to be hung in the balcony. With the weather in Melbourne were rainy and windy during our stay, we barely managed to have our clothes dried by the time. We checked out 😅. Convenience store is open next door, which was also big advantage. Overall, we love this place. We would recommend this place for anyone to stay here when visiting Melbourne.
