今次第二次入住，但整體水準差了。早餐時想倒些少水入水樽，員工馬上大罵，態度很差。 check out 時間是11點，我們準備外岀買點東西，並在check out 前回來,職員見狀，立刻用不友善的態度提醒，令人感到不快。 下次不會再入住，也不推介。

如果你选择从佛罗伦萨租车出发去托斯卡纳地区自驾，那么就请选择这家酒店。对面便是意大利著名租车行 - Maggiore。此外，HERTZ，AVIS，EUROPECAR等等都在附近100米以内。离火车站也非常近，步行5分钟的样子。很好找，而且离河边就两个blocks，步行大约也是5分钟。

是間品質管制很好的飯店

标准的酒店服务，性价比较高，位置稍偏，但离火车站还比较近。wifi信号还好，早餐也还不错。

clean and nice hotel and it's near city center, walking distance around 8- 15 mins.

1. The room was small but very well organized and elegant; 2. Welcome cookies, free coffee and free snacks in the evening showed their care, but I had no chance to taste it since there were too many great restaurants , coffee shop just around the corner; 3. Reception was very helpful and efficiency; 4. Very great location, you could go everywhere easily; 5. There was a very delicious gelato shop at the end of road on the left of hotel, they also made beautiful cup cakes.

It's located nearby the S.M.N train station, the price is really cheap and the room is ok.

This hotel should be 2 star or less. Good location but room and breakfast was horrible. Staff were friendly and helpful but I would never go back.

We loved the location close to the Arno River and the city center. Had a delicious pizza around the corner and there is also a small grocery store for last minute necessities and water! The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was delicious. They offer free luggage storage which was convenient. Within walking distance from the main train station. We loved our stay and will be back!

Breakfast was exceptional; privacy was appreciated

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and love the convenience of how close it was to everything. We walked to all the major attractions and great restaurants nearby. The service was amazing, we had an early morning tour and had to leave before breakfast. The front desk staff organized a packed breakfast and it was ready to go when we got there. We also love the disposable slippers they left in the room, nice touch. The only thing we didn’t like was we could hear kids running on the floor above, other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast too.

Very basic but clean and close to the places we wanted to visit. The lobby is very modern and has been updated but the rooms are pretty old.

The breakfast is amazing. The place is centrally located. Even after we check out, they were willing to keep our luggage while we go sightseeing. The location is perfect. Roms were clean and very nice

Bra beliggenhet, romslig rom som virker litt kalde i uttrykk, men har allikevel alt du har behov for, spesielt gratis safe. Hyggelige ansatte i resepsjonen, god frokost. De ansatte i frokostsalen har noe å gå på i fohold til å møte gjester med et smil, de virket nesten litt mutte.

Great budget hotel in central Florence.

This hotel was nice and very quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small and the WiFi had issues at times. The hotel is located conveniently around places to see within about 10 min walk. It is close to the train station as well. Overall, very happy staying at this hotel!
