L’hébergement était en rénovation et une odeur de peinture était désagréable au 3e étage. Notre chambre familiale était propre mais le lit superposé branlait beaucoup, faisait un bruit aiguë et pas sécuritaire du tout(il manquait des vises). La clim faisait beaucoup de bruit ainsi que le petit frigo. En arrivant, la toilette était bouché et on nous a fourni un débouche toilette pour le faire nous même. Nous devons retourner à rivière du loup prochainement et nous opterons pour un autre hôtel. 😟

Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. Hotel is close to the highway, Tim Hortons and St. Huberts. Beds are really hard.

Clean rooms, there as a pool and a slide too. But understandably there were bugs on it due to the season but it's a nice addition for families with kids that want to have options of playgrounds close by.

The clean rooms were a good size but outdated, good breakfast better than other hotels and ample parking. The staff was very friendly. We found it quite noisy as we could hear the showers from next door.

The room was recently renovated, but the layout was weird with the sink in the room next to a bed and the toilet and shower in a massive space on their own. The elevator was smelly. The breakfast was good, the usual selection for this type of hotel, but the space with the food was cramped so guests were kind of all over each other as they got their eggs and bacon. Great location.

I think that the sheets are made of a synthetic material. They are not as comfortable as cotton.

Very nice person at the front, night shift. Breakfast had alot of variety especially with oat milk ;) but the eggs were not good. Pool was cold but the kids will loved it. The Family room was great, we slept very well and loved the extra space and bunk bed.

Very convenient for catching the ferry to Saint Simeon. The front desk attendant was helpful and recommended a restaurant that what was right for us. Would stay there again.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Quality Inn RDL. The hotel is always clean and comfortable, and the staff very helpful. The hotel and amenities have a charm to them you don’t often find in its price range.

Everyone is super friendly in this hotel, from the front desk gentleman to the lady who works at the breakfast counter. The bed is super comfy, we all enjoyed it immensely, particularly Mountie the schnauzer. The mini fridge in R114 works great! The breakfast was super yummy; loved the smoky bacons, waffles, and fresh fruits! Perfect for anyone who travels with pets.

Room was clean but had a very strong marijuana smell and elevator had strong stale cigarette smoke smell. Staff was extremely friendly and made every effort to speak English.

Quality Inn was good. Everything was good for service, room and breakfast in the morning. Gas station across with Tim’s, on and off the highway easy access. This was a 1 night stop I would request another floor next time. I would not take room 109 or 110 again. Too noisy, door to hallway next to room 109. Washroom across the hall, laundry room next to it, across from 110. Made it hard to sleep, again only a stopover!

Hotel is fine for just a bed and close to highway. Our A/C unit was quite loud and inconsistent, the free breakfast had no hot food come 8:30AM and didn’t have any for another 5 minutes before we left. The front desk girl at check in was very helpful and very polite. All in all I think it’s a 3/5 hotel
