Good location, the room size is very small. I can hear anything from upstairs and the side of the room.

Perfect location in the center of town. Very close to tram, Thai town, China town and also metro train. Well surrounded with popular restaurants. Opposite to Cole department store so, very easy to find food, drink and clothes. Nearby Mr.B, Civic and Malony club to hang out.

Poor services comparing to what we pay. Only good thing for us is their location. No water supply for customers. We were asked to drink the water from the tap in bathroom. No hair towel, no toilet amenities available. Only toothbrush given. Either heater or air conditioner adjustment we have to contact reception only.

18-22 May 2023. Sampai sekitar jam 9 pagi di Sydney. Mampir ke hotel dulu untuk titip koper. Dikasih akses kartu ke basement untuk simpen koper sendiri dan kartu dikembalikan lagi ke resepsionis. Di tempat penyimpanan koper ada rak-rak dan timbangan koper. Timbangan kopernya berbayar ya, $2 untuk 30 detik. Check-in lancar saat malam hari. Diminta deposit sebesar $100 yang akan dikembalikan saat check-out. Resepsionis 24 jam, cafe juga 24. Ada gym tapi gak sempet ke situ. Breakfast berbayar kalau tidak termasuk pesanan kamar. Tempat parkir juga berbayar. Kamarnya sesuai dengan deskripsi aplikasi. Ada shower, pemanas air, kulkas, setrika + meja setrika, pengering rambut, sabun & shampo, handuk, gelas minum, tissue. Luas dan karena pesan yang triple dapet 3 ranjang twin. Masih cukup luas untuk masing-masing buka koper di lantai. Dapet bantal masing-masing 2, lumayan bisa jadi guling satunya. Stop kontak banyak tersedia. Untuk stop kontaknya bukan tipe universal, jadi untuk traveler dari Indonesia wajib bawa adaptor. Tips, bawa juga extension kabel dengan banyak port supaya gak perlu banyak-banyak bawa adaptornya. Sendal kamar gak dikasih ya, tapi lantainya karpet jadi gak dingin. Sepertinya tidak ada pemanas ruangan karena AC sudah di setting 32 derajat tapi tetep dingin kalo gak selimutan. Sampe hidung meler karena dingin. Sikat gigi juga gak dikasih, jadi inget untuk bawa sikat gigi dan odol sendiri. Teh dan kopi disediakan, tapi kalau habis tidak diisi ulang. Di kamar mandi tipe shower permanen ke dinding (tidak bisa dipindah-pindah). Klosetnya tidak ada bidet atau shower jet, sayang sekali. Letak hotelnya strategis deket sama mall dan supermarket. Tapi transportasi umum harus jalan dulu ke blok sebelah. Gak ada transportasi umum yang lewat persis depan hotel. Untuk shuttle ke bandara sudah tidak ada. Paling resepsionis bisa bantu pesankan mobil untuk 1-5 orang dengan harga $75 sekali jalan. Tinggal bilang ke resepsionis sehari sebelum, kasih tau mau minta dijemput jam berapa dan untuk berapa orang. Bayarnya langsung ke supirnya.

Ramah staffnya, breakfast nya enak, kamarnya bersih, lokasi strategis. Heater/pemanas kamar harus direparasi karena rusak.

Near to Every where. Near to station. Online a minute walk to shopping center. Clear room.

Great hotel with complete facilities. Refrigerator, iron, hair dryer , toiletries, etc. breakfast is good, even I can't find fried rice for the breakfast.

Location is great that a hotel is near Museum Station and Thai town. Room isn’t big but it is suitable for 2 people to stay for trip in Sydney. Breakfast is so nice and there are many for choosing. By the way, keycard for access is so sensitive because it is registered by phone number, if it is taken far from its phone it cannot be used. Another comment regarding the air condition which it should be set by reception not an owner of room.

Apart from the room is extremely small for 3 persons (2 adult and 1 kid), the hotel is good in comparison to the price, particularly the location that close to restaurant / food court, supermarkets and shops.

the room is not spacious but the location is definitely in the cdnter of sydney CBD.

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean too. Pillows were comfortable, bed also. Just the air con and the lift were a bit old so it worried me a bit. But the service was fine and I would recommend here for staying.
