Sound insulation is the only issue but it does matter. I can hear what’s happening the next door.

Great location for shopping and sightseeing

hotel is close to the metro (2 mins) and Centro Storico. Many sights are within walking distance. There is a supermarket nearby. And the staff are very nice.

The hotel itself was a little outdated and the area around the hotel was a bit rough but the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Specifically the gentlemen who worked the evening shift who graciously tried to help us find train options when I flight was cancelled and we could not figure out a way to our next destination. It was also a clean hotel which I appreciated. Good hotel for someone who needs to be on this side of town and is not looking for anything too fancy but comfortable for a family.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooftop restaurant and the front desk was very helpful with information for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants close by. Hop On, Hop Off bus stop was a few blocks away. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent. It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine.

Lovely hotel in a great central location. The rooms are modern and clean with an Italian feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Shoutout to Fusaro and Michele, would stay again!

Great Hotel. Buffet was good. Location was very good.

The front desk staff was wonderful. The rooftop bar and terrace are beautiful. The room was fair; the walls were scuffed up and scratched and looked like it hadn't been repaired in a while.
