When I booked this hotel I knew the location is good, right by the aqueduct. What I didn't know was whether the staff is friendly and whether we would get a room with the aqueduct in window view. I was happy to find out the answer is yes to both questions. I also happily found the sound isolation of the windows is quite good, as the plaza and the bus stop by the aqueduct can be crowded and noisy till quite late (11pm perhaps). I can just imagine it will be even more crowded in the summer. Basement parking cost 11 euros, cheaper than the public parking. One minor reservation about the hotel, though: they could really use a new door mat.
