位置OK,距离天外村15分钟步行,晚餐自助128,酒店客人可享受98优惠价,但餐厅不会主动询问是否是酒店客人.晚餐性价比挺高的,三文鱼不新鲜,其他都OK,有铁板烧鲳鱼,猪排等.选的含早餐的客房,早餐也不错,山东煎饼大爱.房间比较大,设施不算新,也不算豪华,但这是针对游客的宾馆,基本达到心理期望.因为第二天要爬山,酒店的设施木有使用过.

離泰安高鐵站很近。計程車到飯店車資約23-25RMB！飯店入住幸運被升等到行政套房，高樓層有山景，服務人員非常友善。早餐也很多元豐富好吃！

酒店总体来说还不错，如果是来爬山的话，非常方便，步行15分钟左右就能到达泰山天山村大广场那边。 早餐比较凌乱，因为有会议和旅行团，所以几乎没什么可以吃的，泰安市比较老的五星级酒店，设施都有点陈旧，从高铁站到酒店大概20元左右出租车，不是高峰期，20分钟左右车程

为了周末爬泰山预订，酒店离高铁站20分钟车程，到泰山更是只有几公里，出租8元。位置相对很安静，酒店是五星，不知为何在网站是4星。服务人员很热情，早餐也还丰盛。附近也有些小饭馆和超市，院里还有个临时的啤酒花园。不足之处：房间距离大堂远要走很久，预订网站和酒店预订部沟通不畅导致入住登记花了很长时间，健身房上午10点才开放太晚。总之整体设施不错，运营有提高空间

我和太太都很满意

前台态度非常非常好，我在网上预定之后酒店没收到预定通知，其实是网路上的责任但酒店前台员工积极配合，不停地帮我们咨询查找，还说要让我们先入住再帮我们联系，打了好多通电话之后终于解决了还想我们道歉，很负责，很温暖！

Schickes Hotel. Die Einrichtung und der Zustand des Zimmers können mit dem Eindruck aus der pompösen Empfangshalle jedoch nicht mithalten. Etwas nervig war es, zwei verschiedene Aufzüge benutzen zu müssen, um in die Etage des Zimmers zu gelangen, obwohl es auch Treppen gegeben hätte, die allerdings durch eine versperrte Tür voneinander getrennt waren.

Ok hotel, old but perfectly good. Room was hot but they let me open the balcony door to cool the room down. Nice views from room Would stay again.

Staff personnel friendly and helpful. Great service and always helped me with getting aTaxi.

If the common corridor walkway is smoke free will be good, cause can smell some one is smoking specially at the lift lobby.

It is really close to Taishan and there are lots of restaurants and massage shops to enjoy. And inside of hotel rooms are clean. Also staffs are so nice to us. So I really satisfied. Thank you.

Quite friendly staff but they would benefit from more English-speaking staff.

Overall great experience. Near Mountain Tai, 15 mins walk to shuttle service into sightseeing area
