We had the loft, very interesting layout with plenty of room and a fully functional kitchen. It's in the older building (attached to the new one), so no elevator, but not hard to access through some fairly old stairs.
Room was nice and comfortable with lots of space, but one huge drawback for us: all the windows are sealed shut (in spite of the information received from the front desk before booking, that all rooms have opening windows). Luckily there was an access door to some external stairs in the back that we could open to let some fresh air in.
The espresso machine in front of the reception was a nice bonus.
