Hotel is located next to River Wisła and right under the Wawel castle. It is so relaxing to walk along the riverside before sunset. The old town and main square are just 10 minutes away (within walking distance). The hotel offers complimentary breakfast and two bottles of water which I think is perfect for me.

The hotel is great location overlooking river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. We had welcome drink on rooftop bar which has great views. Around 20-25 minutes walk to centre square. Boat trips on river 3 minutes walk. Will definitely stop here again when we return to Krakow.

Fatstastik hotel, utroligt flot service fra receptionen, hjælp til at køre ture, og fantastisk vejledning. Værelset var skønt, med udsigt til floden. Morgenmad utroligt lækkert.

Hotel staff very helpful, if Bart is on reception he will make you smile and have a good laugh, if you don’t come out with a smile, you must be a very unhappy person.

We stayed at this hotel a few times, and as always, the experience is great. The hotel is located in a great location, close to all main attractions. Bartek at the reception is the friendliest and most helpful. He always smiles and makes you feel welcome.

Whe arrived after 1pm and the check in was very quick and smooth. Very friendly staff. The 2 guys at the reception are the nices ever.

Hotellet har en super beliggenhed, tæt ved byen og floden. Serviceniveau i restauranterne kan forbedres meget - entusiasme gør ikke noget. Når køkkenet ikke har fået leveret råvarer eller en ovn ikke fungerer, så vær ærlige og fortæl gæsterne det, når de sætter sig ved bordet, i stedet for først, når maden skal bestilles.
