Good location, quiet and clean. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Front desk staff were very good.

Room was clean...Dennys ok for bfast..that about it. Asked for my bed sheets to be changed after the 4th night but they didnt do. That only complaint.

The family suite worked great with a pocket door to separate the spaces. Beds were comfy. They seemed a bit understaffed for the long weekend but staff were kind and polite.

Staff went above and beyond! This place has great potential and is beautiful in side. One word of caution, no elevator to 2 floor.

Only 1 complaint. We showered later in evening and got no hot water. And no water pressure. I think once the hotel filled up and everyone else used up the hot water. Nothing was left.

Everything was great. The only annoying thing was when we arrived, our kids wanted to splash around the pool, but when we got into the pool area, swimming lessons in session. We thought it would only be for an hour but once they didn't leave, we did.

Very approachable staff, room was good and clean. Honestly, it was a good stay except on the air condition. Maybe it's old that's why it is noisy. But overall, it is nice hotel, I will reccomend it to my friends.

Had a great stay here. We stayed here for an easy commute to Banff. It was great. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy, we got upgraded to a suite and it was perfect. Will stay again.

Rooms were super clean and the staff is fantastic!!!! Chlorine is a bit overpowering in the pool, but I understand it needs to be in there :)

Sehr große und saubere Zimmer. Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel und leider ging am Morgen, die Toilettespülung nicht-unangenehm! Das Personal war IMMER sehr hilfsbereit.

We checked into the hotel. Where I have booked 2 queen and 1 pull out. There was already some person in it when I opened the door. Went and told front desk and switched us rooms instead. They gave us a "family room" which consisted of 1 king and 2 single beds. They gave me a single foldable cushion. Although front desk said they upgraded my room which was definitely not an upgrade. Space was too small. One of my grandchildren slept on the floor...which was definitely "NOT ok" Very disappointed 😞
