Good location, property needs refurbishment in some area, but overall would recommend

Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff however some updates are greatly needed to property. My combo shower tub needed replacing (stained and never looked clean) the ac works yet bedroom stayed warm while sitting are was cold. Roaches ran into the wall in bathroom when lights turned on, and the smelled moldy from water leak or flooding.

The place is nice, but most of the building is quite old. It’s fine for spending the night, but many of the facilities the hotel offers either don’t work or work poorly.

It’s a good place to stay near the airport. Given the traffic in San Jose it’s important to stay close to the airport on your night before leaving.

Shower didn’t work service was great and hotel wasn’t absolutely terrible but pool dirty the place was empty not many patrons and the people were nice bed sheets smelled like

Bathroom paint is already bad.

Rooms were a little outdated. Pools looked nice!

Gutes Flughafenhotel mit grosem Pool. Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten gemütlich! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück gibt es als Buffet wo jeder etwas fi den sollte.

It was a vibe for being so cheap

This hotel was nothing like the photos on Expedia and a huge disappointment. Our room smelled of sewage, with ripped carpet, exposed ducts, and a tiny window facing an empty lot. The bathroom was dirty and moldy, with peeling paint and a broken window inside the shower that let insects in, making it feel unsafe. Overall, the entire place was extremely dirty, outdated, and misrepresented. The staff were kind, but the conditions were unacceptable — I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The property is clearly run down: outdated facilities, visible dirt, and a general lack of maintenance. Although the rooms were relatively clean, everything felt deteriorated, broken, and poorly maintained (damaged furniture, worn-out finishes, and neglected details). The service was equally frustrating. I am an Expedia Gold member, and this hotel is listed as part of the VIP Access program. However, when I mentioned it at the front desk, the staff simply said they “knew nothing about it” and could not offer any help. This lack of information and professionalism shows how poorly managed the hotel is. In summary, a place that may once have been a reference in the area is now in decline, with poor service and an unprofessional attitude toward guests. It was a very bad experience for me, and I do not plan to return to this hotel.

Thee are two level Of rooms. One 1 level of pictures and descriptions. Not a good look. Very dirty and out dated rooms.

Old and dingy but advertised as 5 start. Really starting to wonder if Expedia does some vetting of these Hotels before advertising them at such a rate.

This Wyndham has a great buffet breakfast everyday. Has a DMS Fitness Center on property plus four pools heated to different comfortable temperatures. THis is as good as any all inclusive resort.

The place has gone down a lot in the years past it was decent. But now the service sucks there are lack of modern amenities

In the years past the hotel was OK. And my last few visit has gone down a lot. There are no longer available amenities in the room readily available such as irons and microwaves and refrigerators which used to be there. On top of that, the cleanliness of the hotel is not up to par
