My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The property is clearly run down: outdated facilities, visible dirt, and a general lack of maintenance. Although the rooms were relatively clean, everything felt deteriorated, broken, and poorly maintained (damaged furniture, worn-out finishes, and neglected details).
The service was equally frustrating. I am an Expedia Gold member, and this hotel is listed as part of the VIP Access program. However, when I mentioned it at the front desk, the staff simply said they “knew nothing about it” and could not offer any help. This lack of information and professionalism shows how poorly managed the hotel is.
In summary, a place that may once have been a reference in the area is now in decline, with poor service and an unprofessional attitude toward guests. It was a very bad experience for me, and I do not plan to return to this hotel.
