走廊到處都是煙味，不過房間整體來說還不錯。煙味確實很刺鼻，而且空調聲音也比較大，房間有點吵。

員工友善熱情，樂於助人。地理位置也很好。

Actually the staffs are quite unfriendly with average to poor English, few smiles and loud conversation between them in dining room or everywhere in the hotel premises. Only some few staffs that are helpful like the room service or porter that delivered luggage. Location is superb because it 's right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Shopping Complex that is very strategic.

We booked extra 1/2 day for one room which is till 6pm; Sadly they refused to give us late check out till 7pm. Will never book this hotel again; Something is totally wrong here, even during Le Meridien days.

There is no luggage reception at the door, there is no reception staff in the Spanish restaurant, the breakfast food is very average, and the service attitude of the dumpling waiter is very poor.

hotel ini kurang cocok untuk keluarga, terlalu ribet lift menuju ke lantai 61, saya ambil 2 kamar, yang 1 dilantai 34 dan 1 lagi lantai 61, setiap mau ke lantai 61 saya harus ke lobby dulu yang ada lift khusus bisa lantai 61, tidak semua lift bisa langsung ke lantai 61, pindah2 lift, hotel kesan gelap dan tidak mewah, seperti pub, tidak cocok untuk keluarga, letak strategis, gampang cari makanan, panggil taxi uber bayarnya ke petugas hotel bukan ke driver nya, pulang naik taksi pakai argo harganya jauh lebih murah daripada bayar ke petugas hotel, pelayan agak marah karena bolak balik 2x minta tisu dan sabun mandi

Nyaman kamarnya,bersih dan ramah pegawainya
