Room condition ok, comfortable, but housekeeping did not do a good job, never wash the used glasses.

I would say the hardware of this hotel could be further maintained but the software was very great!! The check in staff were energetic, helpful and kind!! I could feel their sincere welcome! And thank you for the welcome drink too!! This hotel is high accessible. Overall, a satisfactory stay!

This hotel was a delightful surprise in every way. It's a true gem in Vienna. Clean, comfortable, with wonderful staff, and in an excellent location, close to public transport and the city's iconic landmarks. Architecturally, it's beautifully preserved. On my birthday, I found a greeting card in my room and a credit for the hotel bar. It couldn't have been better! I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Vienna.

The property is nice though not exactly my preferred type of area for walking It's mostly only walkable to a few museums.

Bra läge nära till kommunala färdmedel. Kontakta hotellet för att få transport från och till flygplatsen blir ca 20 euro billigare än vanlig taxi Ingen trafik vid hotellet 10-15 minuter lugn promenad ner till centrum. Mycket bra frukost möjlighet att sitta ute och äta.

Fabulous breakfast and staff was excellent. Rooms aren’t large but they are very nicely appointed.

Great location near Vienna City Hall. A lot of good restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

O quarto foi ótimo! E nos atendeu perfeitamente A limpeza boa As equipes da recepção e do café da manhã são maravilhosas O café da manhã e mais facil pagar a parte. É bem servido, mas para muitos dias pode enjoar pois é sempre a mesma coisa. Apesar de 5 dias de hospedagem peguei apenas 3 dias e ja foi muito! A distância dos pontos turísticos é muito boa. O hotel é muito bem localizado e próximo a tudo. Da pra ir a pé. Mas fizemos o bilhete livre de condução e usamos muito o transporte público para ganhar tempo. Viena,cidade cara, perde para Londres e Washington que em termos de parques e museus oferecem ótimas opções e free. Viena cobra por tudo. É burocrática e diferente das citadas, em Viena não pretendo voltar.

Trevligt hotell som ligger centralt på en lugn gata!

Wir waren für ein Wochenende vom 03.07. bis 05.07.2026 in Wien, um den Wiener Opernsommer zu besuchen. Dazu hatten wir ein Hotel in einer zentralen Lage gesucht, und mit dem Hotel Josefshof auch gefunden. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen, verkehrsberuhigten Strasse, und ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Die nächste Strassenbahn und die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal an der Rezeption (Florian, aber auch alle anderen Kollegen und Kolleginnen) sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock. Alles war sehr sauber, und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und ausreichend groß. Es hatte eine Klimaanlage, die aufgrund der warmen Temperaturen auch sehr angenehm war. An der Sauberkeit des Zimmers und des Bades gab es nichts auszusetzen. Aus Bequemlichkeit hatten wir auch gleich das Frühstück mitgebucht. Es gab ein tolles Büffet. Von Müli bis zum Kaiserschmarn war alles vorhanden. Aufgrund des guten Wetters konnten wir im Innenhof des Hotels frühstücken, was ein sehr schöner Start in den Tag war. Beim Auschecken gab es noch ein kleines Geschenk (eine Gewürzmischung zum Grillen). Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in Wien und in dem Hotel. Wir können es bedenkenlos empfehlen und würden bei einen erneuten Trip nach Wien wieder buchen.

El hotel está muy limpio y bien cuidado, la habitación contaba con aire acondicionado y un baño amplio. El personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. El desayuno tiene opciones un poco más variadas y la calidad de los alimentos también es buena. También tiene una ubicación ideal ya que tiene cerca estaciones de metro y tranvía y caminando llegas lugares de interés como museos, plazas o el parlamento.

The location is excellent, with a nearby metro station, supermarkets within walking distance, and many restaurants and nightlife options close by. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.
