This hotel is on the best location, very kind, helpful staff. Decor is beautiful, air conditioning worked great! The breakfast buffet is superb!! Definitely will stay here again.

Amazing property with even better staff. Room was clean and views from the room were dreamy. Hotel restaurant à la carte menu was just phenomenal, pool was great and the breakfast was vast and tasty, something for everyone. If you’re on the fence definitely pull the trigger. Hotel is central to downtown Sorrento. 10/10 experience here. Also the tours they offer pick you up at the hotel and drop you off at the hotel - just perfect.

The property has bags of character, feeling contemporary but not sterile. The staff are extremely attentive and the breakfast team make you feel like you’re there for a posh dinner. The pool area is very well maintained and plenty of space although the pool itself was too cold for me. Location is perfect next to Plaza Vittoria, the view is fantastic and it’s worth trying to get a sea view. Only complaint is that the north side of the building is VERY noisy all night, between late night tourists, mopeds and the emptying glass bins. The hotel next door also played loud music until quite late. In the end we were so tired it didn’t affect us after a few nights, but to light sleepers I would suggest asking for a different room if yours is adjacent to the road that heads towards Marina Grande

Everything was wonderful as always! The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable with a beach view. We have stayed in Sorrento 5 times - 3 of the stays have been here. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

The Continental Hotel in Sorrento has become my preferred destination. The property is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and located in a prime area. Moreover, the staff is outstanding in every respect. Their attention to detail is exceptional; they contacted me by email prior to arrival to extend a personal welcome and offer assistance with arrangements. The breakfast deserves special mention. Their wide buffet selection includes fresh fruit and vegetables, assorted pastries, bread, pancakes, several egg dishes, sausages, cold meats, excellent cappuccino, and a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including sparkling white wine. All of this is enhanced by live piano music; a truly memorable experience! I was also impressed that each afternoon, chocolates were delivered to the room accompanied by a thoughtful note with the next day’s weather forecast. Having visited multiple European cities, with Sorrento as my final stop, I can say without hesitation that the Continental Hotel provided my best overall hotel experience.

We like our stay, there was only one complaint, the a/c vent needs cleaning coz we smelled something awful, like urine.

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. You are left wanting for nothing! If I had to describe the hotel in one word, it would be class! If you have the means to stay here, don't hesitate!

The hotel and location were excellent with wonderful views. Near enough tot he shopping and restaurants but still relatively quiet. The staff were all friendly, polite and professional.

We loved this hotel. Spectacular views. Nice walk to shopping. Be sure to ask for a room away from the school across the street from the hotel.
