Good location and comfortable room.

This hotel is near train station, tram station and old town. Very easy to go back hotel when you visited outside for a day. The breakfast buffet is very good and the homemade yogurt looks nice. I like different kind of eggs meal and different type of milk drinks! The staff is nice, helpful and good in English. They gave us many tour information and advice. The slippery in our room is great quality.

Room is decent. Location is the best, next to main train station with lots of fast food and supermarket.

rezeption: superfreundlich! Wir erhielten ein gratis upgrade vom 3-bett-zimmer auf eine junior suite mit 2 bädern! Hilfsbereit bei restaurant-reservierung. besonders erwähnenswert: es gibt in der ankunftshalle einen grossen tisch mit blumentöpfen zum " ausleihen" während des aufenthalts - hab ich noch nirgends gesehen und fand ich sehr nett, v.a. wenn man vielleicht alleinreisender ist.... zimmer: toll, betten sehr bequem, lärmisolation der fenster super! ( bahnverkehr direkt vor dem zimmer war bei geschlossenem fenster nicht hörbar!) bad: moderne dusche, alles top. lage: hervorragend: zu fuss binnen weniger minuten in altstadt, strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt vir dem hotel Sehr grosses einkaufszentrum wenige meter entfernt. Frühstück: reichlich und gut! Achtung: nicht verwechseln mit VIENNA HOUSE EASY, der uber- fahrer fuhr zns zuerst zum falschen hotel absolute empfehlung!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything about it was excellent; from the welcoming and accommodating staff at the reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff. The hotel is located next to the main train station which is convenient if you are planning day trips (Wieliczka salt mine, for example) taking the train to the airport but it is also located within a walking distance to the city center/old town and all the major tourist attractions. It’s also next to a large mall if you want to do some shopping. The rooms are well equipped in everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was modern and really well designed. Lastly, the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and all the food was really tasty; one of the best. Overall an excellent stay! I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again on my next visit to Krakow.

We stayed here on the recommendation of friends, and we were very satisfied. The hotel seems modern and nice, it is perfectly located by the old town and the train station. The staff is polite and provides good service. The rooms are just the right size (we had a superior room), with a great bathroom with a shower. Another couple of friends got a bathtub, so if you book in the winter, you can probably ask for it. We ended up on the 5th floor with a good view. I like that they put up stickers with information that the water is drinkable. In the room there is a safe, kettle with coffee and tea, TV and a chair with a table. We only stayed one night, so we can't comment on the cleaning, but it looked good when we arrived. And since we are not fans of double duvets, we got two single duvets, great service

The staff was very courtesy. The bar service was great. Great views of the square. Property is located right next to the mall.

Perfect location - next to train station, a mall and the old town. What more can you ask? The room is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good.
