Thought is a hotel with hotel standards but the layout & amenities is of hostel standard. No refilling of tissue which was almost left empty upon check in. Stock of tissue run out according to reception staff. Body wash was diluted and smell which is almost empty. Toilet not maintained as smell of urine. Due to this, felt very short change & have heated arguments with my kid and hubby. It was such a vast difference experience as compared to my Osaka trip for hotel booked with Traveloka. Staff at reception who attended to us was very friendly. Location is good as airport express bus stop which is outside the hotel and main train station is situated very nearby. These are plus points.

Check in in June. Summer time. No air conditioning. I had to ask for a fan. And the receptionist gave us a small fan (table fan). Hot and the lift is super small. Upgrade your facilities please.

Hotel dekat dengan stasiun MRT dan stasiun kereta api antarkota. Lebih efisien mau pergi kemana saja. Cari makan juga gampang. Kamar sempit apalagi kamar mandi. tidak ada minuman, mesti bayar.

Although the location is good but the reception can not help when we have a problem from someone throw the wet tissues to our window in the night.
