The room was advertised as a 10.0... it defi itely wasnt a 10.0, more likea 5.0. The air conditioner was extremely loud, the bed was decent, the chair needs replaced. The shower was great, and cleanliness was mediocre. Over all, not very impressed.

One of my favorite rooms when I come in town too Columbus Ms. Staff respectable room service people is also Dey not stingy with they items towels or toilet paper not too big on the area but love the room

A bit rough of a neighborhood

Horrible nightmare of a stay. Warning! Not suitable for family stay. Motel is taken over by drunk construction workers who thumped, bumped and made noise into the weed hrs of the morning. Empty beer cans in steps into my room and $65 fee for my 2 small dogs when Motel was advertised to have no pet fees. Floor was so filthy that after showering, my feet were black by the time I walked to the bed. Had to keep baby wipes at bedside to clean my feet. I will NEVER stay here again! And receptionist could care less about my complaint of no where to park due to overwhelming number of semi and construction workers trucks.

I like the night staff only. Didn't like the morning staff. Requested a receipt and was told that he can't give one because i book online. Other hotels give one.

The refrigerator did not work and there was a water puddle in the middle of the floor . However, I was tired so I stayed. Plus, It was decent for the price. I would recommend it to others.

Bed sheets were not washed. Beard trimmings were all over. Disgusting! Never gonna stay at the Red Roof again ever

This was a simple hotel. It was clean and the room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The neighborhood is a bit rough but the hotel was full and noone had any issues.

If i could give negative ratings i would! 1. Loud music and aggression from another resident. When mentioned to desk clerk, she said he was a construction worker on long term rental. She said he was just blowing off steam and would settle down later. 2. Wife cleaned up some spilled water on the floor and the washcloth she used was FILTHY. The desk clerk just gave us a clean washcloth. 3. There was a beeping noise in our room. It took a while to determine that it was the smoke detector. The clerk simply gave me a new battery to replace it myself. Not my job! 4. The batteries in the tv remote also ran down and needed to be replaced. She did change out the batteries. So she was helpful on that. We were short on funds and needed a place to rest, so we tolerated it. But we will NEVER return.

It was a good experience. Clean and room was up to date.

Parking lot was in bad shape. Didn't feel safe in the area at all. Rooms were fine, clean and accommodating. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself but the area and parking lot are a mess.
