Super helpful staff, Changed rooms to a better view. Great pool for kids and adults alike. Simple room but with a little dining area with a view. Perfect for what we wanted.

Trevligt hotell och hjälpsam personal

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold og kan varmt anbefale hotellet. Vi rejste som en familie på 4 med børn på 3 og 8 år, og det fungerede rigtig godt. Værelset var rent, personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt, og morgenmaden havde et fint udvalg. Beliggenheden var også god med kort afstand til det, vi gerne ville opleve.

Dejlig overnatning i stille, hyggeligt værelse. Skøn morgenmadsbuffet.

Nice big rooms. Helpful staff. Pool nice, big pool. Charger for car did not work. Underground parking hard to navigate due to narrow space.

Det var et ganske godt og fint familiehotel.

Otroligt härligt ställe! Vi var 4 vuxna, 2 barn och en hund och det gick fint med alla. Vi hade en stor lägenhet med möjlighet att laga egen mat. Det finns två restauranger där man får rabatt. Underbart poolområde. Helt ok frukost med möjlighet att beställa kaffe och få sig en nygräddad omelett. Saknade pannkakor eller våfflor på frukosten till barnen. Fin liten by och härligt läge på höjden! Vi njöt av vår tripp till Seefeld!

Lovely hotel and staff would be happy to stay again.

Good and fast cleaning every day during our breakfast. Check in process was very slow since there was a huge form every one had to fill in which was very confusing since I already had given the hotel every information needed when I made the booking. The staff was nice and helpful but had a very hard time explaining to us where the resturants were located and which ones we were allowed to eat at. The resturant we finally ate at the first night wasnt very good. The schnitzel was clearly frozen and just heated. Sauces came in small plastic bags just like McDonalds. No AC in the rooms or in the gym which made it impossible to work out. The door to our room didnt close perfectly which made it slam every time somebody in our corridor opeped or closed theirs. Wifi was without password and had outdated certificates which a company phone like mine not accept it at all. Pool area was decent but quite a bit smaller then the images on the website. Images on hotels.com also made us believe there was a hotel garden which didnt exist. Parking was about 500 meters away.

Super für Zugreisende geeignet, da nur ca. 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, Supermarkt ist auch gleich ums Eck.

The Staff was amazing. Between English, Italian, and German we were well informed. Free parking was welcomed and the short 5 minute walk was worth it. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of options. So many choices of loaf bread. Wonderful small two bedroom living room apartment for our family of five. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. It was mid June when we stayed so it was hot but thank goodness a brief late afternoon thunderstorm came through and dropped the temperatures enough for a decent night sleep. Very cool pool on 4th floor with hot tub and another outside hot tub. So happy we stayed here and will absolutely consider it again.
