Meget slidt og virkelig ringe morgenmad - eller mangel på samme, da buffet ikke blev fyldt op. Et absolut plus er dog beliggenheden, da det ligger 2 min. fra stationen.

Perfect as a base to get to Wembley and other areas of London. 1 min walk to station. Restaurant food was good and generous portion size, staff were friendly. A bit tired around the edges, screws in walls where fittings have been moved but doesn't affect stay.

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

The food was not very good at all not much choice we had breakfast paid for but all they gave us was continental style. Not much choice and bread was really bad. Would not recommend hotel to people as only good thing close to station

The room was acceptably clean and equipped with all the usual facilities of a 3* hotel, except a phone in the room to contact reception. There was a locked door between mine and the adjoining room which I suspect to be a factor in my being disturbed repeatedly by the voices of the neighbouring occupants. On 2 successive nights I was disturbed repeatedly by loud conversation and boisterous exchanges between 2 and 4am. The slip of paper provided at check in had instructions to dial 0 for reception but there was no phone in my room. I’ve stayed here for work about 6 or 7 times and this was the only such experience. Found it easy to park. Staff were very helpful as I’m walking with crutches. Room was nice and the bed was very comfortable

Very safe carpark, very safe!

I love this hotel because of its location, ideal for the central line so straight into London the area is not the best but its safe pub next door, Sainsbury across the road, and nandos pretty close but he hotel is tired and needs TLC, I think there are new carpets which is a great start, but the bathrooms are poor i will continue to stay here because of its location, and just hope the refurbishment it needs takes place

Excellent value for money and service

Friendly staff, room a little dated but clean and tidy. Bathroom was really big!

We stay here very often on business trips to London. This time however a couple of comments. The room 316 smelt of stale smoke and the bed was lumpy. Otherwise the staff were great as usual.

Very pleasant 3 night stay visiting London. Although 30 minutes from Oxford Circus, the Hotel is right next to South Ruislip tube station making it very convenient for travelling to Central London The hotel is comfortable and quiet. There are a number of shops and local services.

Disgusting

Rude receptionist. No iron or ironing board and getting one took and hour and half!

Very good service, next to tube, petrol station and Green King pub. Comforable bed.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy access to hotel off A40, and ideally situated for South Ruislip tube station on the central line giving easy access to city centre

Stayed at this property water wouldn’t get warm for a shower kettle didn’t work and foul smell in room

We have stayed here many times in rooms on all floors. This time was Room 114, the air conditioning was not effective at all and despite trying to adjust the temperature lower it never got below 25°C. We tried with window open, that was worse, so we gave up and put up with the discomfort. We had a night from Hell. When I mentioned it to reception they said the air conditioning should have been working well, well it wasn't.

Perfect location for Wembley Stadium events. Hotel is simple but very nice and had everything that is needed for an overnight stay.
