I was stunned by the view upon the arrival. The 360 degree ocean view was really great. The customer service was excellent as I was celebrating my wife birthday. They arranged the flower and cake upon my request. And my wife was very pleased by the setting. She also surprised by the Spa department that they make the 'HBD' letters at the treatment room. I would definitely visit them again.

The beat reaort in Samui ever. The staffs always know what tou need. Very good service. However, note that almost everyone in the resort is not free, including breakfast. Be prepared to spend extra 20% of total cost in the resort for breakfast/food/service. Again, if you want to save money, you dont pick Four seasons. If you pick Four Seasons, you spend the money and enjoy.

Check in 那天，酒店會好細心的已將房間的冷氣開好等你入住，每一次出去，都會問你去那裡，同你安排好交通，唯一的缺點就係離市區有點遠，每一次出去都要40分鐘左右，如果不是自駕的話，就真有點不方便了。

This resort lived up to every expectations I had for it in terms of the property itself, room condition, house keeping, overall service and food quality of the two restaurants there. Make sure you try the BBQ buffet though they only serve it on Sundays. For area of improvement, I would say their in room dining needs a bit of catching up, specifically the cleanliness of the cutlery. I would also suggest that they ask if the guest prefers a male or female masseur when they book a spa treatment session for the guest.

The Service are excellent however the villa is not as spacious as expected compare to similar room type in other 5 stars resort in Bali, Puket, Da Nang where I went before

The Four Seasons Resort in Koh Samui is by far the best resort we have ever stayed at. The location of the resort is in a quiet place of Koh Samui and is situated on a hill in a bay, which guarantees easy access to the beach and stunning views. The prompt buggy service ensures that you are transported to wherever you want to go, as climbing the hills can be rather strenuous in the heat. The villas and residences are build in between the forest, which provides a very tranquil environment with a lot of privacy. The villas come with a lot of space and all the necessary amenities. The facilities (restaurants, bars, spa pool, gym, Muay Thai training ground) are also very modern and the restaurants and bars offer great food and a large range of cocktails for a decent price. What really makes this place is the staff, as they have been incredibly helpful and polite. We have received great personalized service and had nice chats with all the staff and most specifically with Thom, Julia and Pluke. The staff also did special recognition for long stayers, which was very much appreciated. We will definitely come back in a few years.

The staff here are 100000/10. We have never such such attentive, kind, and amazing service as we did here. The views are gorgeous, the details in the room are out of this world. We had a wonderful stay!!
