The room was Clean and the front desk was very helpful.

It was good but the hot tub was close, Expedia show me this hotel because has hot tub. I was looking a hotel with hot tub. I was not happy bout it.

The 2 Queen bed room we stayed in on the 5th floor was very spacious! It was fantastic. The ice machine was very convenient. We loved the Starbucks being downstairs in the lobby and the grocery store close by. This was a very comfortable stay!

Liked having a restaurant in the hotel. Friendly staff. The interior was a bit dated and the carpets not that clean but the rooms were clean. Liked that the floors had microwaves although I only had a mini fridge in the room Room was a bit dark. The only issue I was was the parking lot was full of trash scattered all around. Hotel needs to clean this up as it detracts from the overall look of the facilities.

Good customer service overall

Unfortunately, I did not have a great first night here. The 2nd floor room I was originally given was very noisy. All night, I could hear the conversations from the hallway and even the couple that was next to my room. Additionally, the lounge and fitness areas seemed much larger in the pictures than they actually actually were. I was going to check out early, but Karmina at the front desk was genuinely attentive. She offered me a different room on a higher floor which was much quieter. It redeemed my experience of staying at the Sheraton and I wanted to say thank you to Karmina. Overall, I would say the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are updated, and the hotel is good for a short business trip type of stay. Most of the staff were also very courteous. However, it could definitely use some updating in terms of decor, appliances and lounges.

Dominique, the Front Desk Attendant, was amazing. She made me feel welcome and answered all my questions flawlessly.

The receptionist was not helpful. I assumed breakfast was part of my stay. It wasn’t and that was fine so I paid 20 dollars extra for a bagel - I asked if it was going to take a lot of time for me to pay and she said no, to stand there for an extra 10 minutes delaying my departure. I was there for special training at the Usps facility in White Plains. I will never use this facility again. The pool was cloudy (which was why I picked this hotel) and the hot tub was broken.. So the twenty dollar bagel and long check out was just another inconvenience

My toilet broke at night and went to take a shower in the morning and the water handle fell of right at the touch. The front desk

Very nice room. Lovely bathroom. Convenient location within walking distance of supermarket and a couple of restaurants. Enjoyable stay. 10 min drive to Westchester mall (very nice mall). 10 min drive to scenic Hudson River walk.
