The staff was helpful, kind, and courteous.

Water leaking from window air conditioner and running under the bed. Luky to have fallen on the bed.

Air conditioner leaked all over the floor had to leave a towel down but there were no towels except hand towels in room. Couch looked dirty

1st room frig didnt work and air conditioner leaked..but when to gromt desk very nice had no problem moving us to a better room...it was nice and clean....

Room is very clean ,air is very good beds it's comfortable,l it's good only have little breakfast . But for the price charge to you everything it's good ❤️🙏thank so much red roof inn

Room had leak . Could see it above the bed with mold. No soap.

Our bed was so comfortable no bugs very clean staff was hardly around tho seemed like I needed another towel and toilet paper nobody was around our last morning

The room was dirty and the stairs to go into the second floor were completely dirty. It looks like the hotel hasn’t been clean in years. Also in the room the bathroom had wholes that needed colcking and it look it hadn’t been clean in a while. The staff was nice but the hotel was dirty. Won’t be staying again

My family and I stayed at this hotel July 11th-13th. The pictures online are misleading. The room looks nothing like the pictures online.The room was outdated, smelled horrible, beds were small/blankets had holes in them and very uncomfortable, curtains dirty and not even hung properly. Not to mention breakfast was a complete waste of time. This hotel should really consider doing updates. I honestly couldn't wait to check out. For our two nights I couldn't wait to wake up just to leave the hotel. I couldn't imagine sitting in my room for a long period of time. Its okay to book budget friendly hotels but this one isn't worth it. Please run from this hotel and look elsewhere.

Once I arrived, I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check me in. I was never given a receipt (didn’t realize until later since I had other things on my mind) so I said no big deal I would get one when I checked out. Well, no one was there when we left, so I couldn’t get it then either. When we got in the room, we had no towels so we had to ask for those. Our tub was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled like wet dog. The floor was fusgusting to walk on, so you had to keep shoes/socks on at all times and the tv kept going in and out all night. There was the one front desk worker who was so friendly, I don’t know her name, but she was African American and she let our pizza guy in even though it was late so we didn’t have to meet him in the lobby. That was the only plus during our stay. But I’ll never stay here again.

I didn't like the fact employees just entered my room on 3 different occasions without valid reason and the room was nothing like it was depicted in the photos. Also the cable cut out on my stay and was not fixed.

Breakfast consisted of hostess donuts taken out of the package, orange juice was out of orange, just water, no one on duty at 8 am checkout

Over all it was okay for the night. The TV was not connected, no remote for the TV, phone in room was not working. The room was big.

Fair for the price. Dog barking all night room next door
