Clean room, great breakfast nice staff.

The man at the next was really rude !

Die Zimmer waren okay, Rezeption i. O., Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück zufriedenstellend. Das Gebäude ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Bilder im Internet sind sehr beschönigt. Der gesamte Poolbereich ist absolut verbesserungs-/renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wände im Pool sind oberhalb des Wasserspiegels grün, der gesamte Bereich ist ungepflegt/schmutzig. Die Duschen sind schimmelig. Der Whirlpool wurde laut Aushang vom Amtsarzt des Gesundheitsamtes geschlossen.

Good location near the highway and restaurants. Close to downtown shopping.

Unwilling to make changes to room unless I wanted to pay another $190.00 Never go back there again

It was a very nice clean room. I enjoyed my time there.

The hot tub not working

La piscine est en fait très peu profonde et le spa ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de serviette de piscine et quand j’en ai demandé, j’ai reçu des serviettes à main. Chambres ok et propres.

Overall it was a nice place and we'd return. Breakfast was great! Reasonable coffee, a wide selection of milk products (even oat milk for people like me who are dairy intolerant) and fresh fruit (oranges and apples, maybe more I always wanted an orange) . The usual waffles, toast, bagels, and bacon or sausage (both good) and plain omelets or omelets with the fixings (bacon, green and red pepper bits), and 3 types of cereal. Unfortunately on our stay, the hot tub was out of order, the bath tub drain didn't keep up with the flow of water from the showerhead, so the water collected in the tub, and when we asked for more towels none were available.

Good place to stay for couple days. Our stay was fine, room and bathroom were clean. Pool was ok too. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was too basic for me, not a lot of choice. Due to rain there was water leakage in gym so couldn’t use it. Don’t know because of weather or what but the way airco system in hotel building was running, it felt very humid in the room and corridor outside. We open window for a bit and it was fine then. Largely the stay here was fine.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Wifi worked fine The hot tub wasn’t working but that wasn’t mentioned at all. It wasn’t until I went to use it that I found out. After 3 days it still wasn’t working. Very disappointing. There was no towels in the pool area on 2 occasions, which ended up dripping water all over the hallways to go get them from reception. The hot breakfast wasn’t very good, powered eggs!! No choice in yogurt. Twice had to go and look for a bowl for cereal. , One morning, had to find someone to bring hot water for tea. Not a good breakfast experience.

The price of room was overpriced and breakfast didn’t have variety of food

Pros: good location from casino, pet friendly, breakfast included was sufficient, good music in lobby, staff were nice/polite, pool is salt water not chlorine. Cons: pool was not clean and was only 3.5 feet deep, no fan in bathroom, bathtub looked old and in need of replacement, leaking ice machine. Overall: if you need a convenient place to stay for a night with your pet and a simple breakfast to get you going on your travels, this place will meet the basic requirements.

Good bed and nice toiletries

We really appreciated the kitchenette area and space in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were top notch. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Nice sized pool with good hours; wish we had time to use it; next time! Thank you, Best Western!

Well the “pet rooms” are in need of some TLC! We were told that we wouldn’t have any cleaning service while there - not sure why?? - bathroom floor was wet at all times but not sure where the water was coming from??? The bathroom door was broken at the bottom. I understand that other animals have been in the room but there is no reason that the carpet is sooooo dirty I had to wear shoes at all times! Also for a pet friendly location - the pets were not allowed anywhere except outside at the back of the hotel - not on the pool patio ( which is outside) Sorry very disappointing!!

We had a nice stayover on our way up to Timmins. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.
