很舊的酒店，當晚入住時房間冷氣是壞的，真叫人受不了，那時威尼斯白天有38度，房間就像是烤箱，而且酒店還一付無可奈何的樣子，根本就是欺負我們東方人，是我老公一直不放棄要飯店處理，隔天下午才派人來，我們放棄了半天的行程在房間等，真是很不好的經驗。所有住過的5星酒店，這是讓我覺得服務最糟的。

There was an odor in the common areas that was rather unpleasant. Also, don't make the mistake of asking to have a very small bag of laundry done..... the charge was ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY FIVE EUROS. Absolutely disgraceful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It’s so beautiful. The building is fantastic and well located and it couldn’t have been a nicer stay. So grateful.

We didn´t like the fact, that the airconditioning could not be regulated from the room, only from the front desk. The personal had to be informed each time to switch the airconditiong on and off. In addition there was no WLAN available in the room.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and great location. Room had ample space, bathroom was luxurious and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in the good location. Please note that in the room no iron and no coffee machine. Do you need psy extra if you need to iron your clothes and drink one coffee in the morning. Overall we had a good holiday.

Hôtel propre et idéalement situé. Chambre agréable. Seuls bémols : la climatisation est commandée par la réception, donc on ne peut pas enclencher la Clim ni changer la température soi même. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 2h30 le matin, nous avons fait notre toilette à l’eau froide. Le personnel, bien que très agréable et prévenant, s’est excusé avec un simple « ce n’est pas de notre faute ». Vu le prix de la chambre, c’est regrettable. Je précise que nous avons voyagé avec un bébé, l’hôtel est bien équipé pour recevoir les tout petits.

C'était parfait et très facile d'accès en vaporeto . un hôtel digne du palais des mille et nuits, avec un buffet de petit déjeuner succulent. PARFAIT

poor wifi

A beautiful old style palace boutique hotel. It has some amazing fresco and the state room is worth the entry fee alone. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to arrive by Water Taxi. It also located beside the Gondola station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated by modern standard but otherwise comfortable and clean. Would consider again in the future.

Emailed the hotel 3 days before we arrived to ensure we had a twin room. They confirmed everything was booked correctly. Arrived late in the evening after traveling all day and were given the keys to a double room. Hotel is nowhere remotely close to a 5 star. 4 stars would be generous. Room was filthy with dust everywhere. Breakfast was one of the worst I've encountered.

Mooi hotel met goede ligging. We hadden kamer die gekoppeld waren. Dat was goed. Buiten een van de kamer stond een machine van een ander hotel continu (ook nacht) te draaien die veel geluid gaf. Dit aangegeven kregen we een andere kamer. Echter zal het altijd een probleem blijven op de 4de verdieping.

Perfect, convenient location for visiting Venice. Easy access via water taxi and wonderful staff with old world charm!
