The mattress is terrible,

住了七天，沒有提供瓶裝水，很可惜！ 感覺得出是有年紀的飯店，設備都是老舊的，應該要重新裝潢了！ 飯店有提供冰箱、微波爐、膠囊咖啡， 沒有牙刷牙膏，只有洗手液、乳液、沐浴乳、洗髮精、潤髮乳，也沒有拖鞋喔。

I recently stayed at this hotel located in the heart of Manhattan, which offers excellent access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The shower in the bathroom lacked a curtain, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor and even reach the hallway entrance. This made it very inconvenient and messy. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The facilities overall felt outdated and in need of renovation.

价格很贵，房间条件很差，优势只有位置好，交通还算方便。

It’s a pretty old hotel. The air conditioning is very noisy. WiFi is extremely slow. They don’t have a safe in the room. Front desk is nice.

Some staff were unnecessarily rude when checking in

Gute Lage, Zimmer ok, leider ohne Safe, nette Gegend, Flower District, das mitgebuchte Frühstück ist leider ungenießbar und wurde trotzdem mit über 80 Dollar für 4 Personen berechnet, obwohl wir es gar nicht in Anspruch genommen haben!!!!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das war’s aber auch. So eine unhöfliche Dame an der Rezeption.Mehr Worte braucht es nicht. Expedia kennt den Fall bereits und ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen danke dafür.

Das Hotelbist super gelegen. Man ist durekt in der City und hat auch diverse U-Bahn Dtationen in der Nähe. Auch der JFK Flughafen ist gut per U-Bahn zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank, einen Föhn, ein Bügelbrett u. ein Bügeleisen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel seemed to be in need of quite a few repairs and updates. The bathroom sink in my room was leaking, one of the two elevators was out of order and the tv in my room wasn’t able to get a signal.

Great for basic stay if seeing something at MSG. 5 minute walk and closer to other things. But hotel room not cleanest… broken toilet seat, outlets hanging out wall and fridge not super cold. But ac worked well! Staff super friendly and helpful and no parking but garage close by has hotel rate with stamped ticket.

Really nice rooms, great staff, and good area.

Bien situé et chambre propre.

Ottima posizione a 2 passi da penn station e empire. vicinissima alle fermate della metro 1, W ed R, hai la città in mano essendo circa a metà di Manhattan. Il personale è gentile al banco della reception. La colazione è dolce nel weekend e dolce e salata nella settimana. L'unica pecca gli ascensori che si devono attendere a lungo e qualche rumore alla notte di clacson...ma penso che questo sia un problema di New York. La camera à carina, letti non comodissimi ma con tanti cuscini di diverse durezze. Si vede che qualche manutenzione non viene fatta, come esempio cambiare assi rovinate, ma la pulizia è ottima. Ho viaggiato con un bambino.

Very nice, clean. Perfect for just one person & short stay.
